Large and spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities, clean and cozy. It has heating, which is very important for cold days. The host Carla is very kind and responds promptly. Excellent location, with a market and subway nearby. Very beautiful region.

Pleasant and comfortable to go with children. Although there are no safety nets on the apartment's terrace, the building's common areas, such as the access corridor and terrace, are very safe for toddlers. Well-equipped kitchen, sufficient toiletries, shampoo and conditioner available, clean and sufficient towels, washing machine, table with chairs for everyone... good bedding. Down and feather pillows. The building is not very large, extremely friendly staff. Parking. Anyway, it's like being at home.

Great apartment. Exactly as described. Easy access to the metro and grocery stores. Close to a beautiful park and amusement park.

Great accommodation!! Well located apartment, with many shops nearby, supermarket, restaurants… I liked it a lot! You can go hiking and get to know the historical part of Santiago! I thought it was really cool! I went to the marathon with my family, and it was great because it was close to pick up the kit and the start of the event. I thank Jaime and his mother for the reception and stay!

The place was very comfortable, we were only one night and it was good. We made use of the parking lot without problems and the person at the reception very friendly.

The stay at Ale's apartment was excellent. She was flexible at both check in and out. Ricardo received us personally at the appointed time. The apartment was clean and organized. I found the bed a little deep, but it did not harm the sleep. The pillows, linen and towels are of good quality and were clean. The bathroom is good with a good shower too. The location is perfect, with several bars, restaurants, fast foods, pharmacies... near. Metro station, currency exchange, Costanera Mall, all close by. We did all walking or subway tours. Underneath the building has a wonderful cafeteria! I recommend the Ale apartment and intend to return soon.

The apartment complies with all the descriptions indicated by the host. It is a very quiet place, either within the building or in the sector (no buses pass and that is appreciated to be able to rest). The sector has very close places to eat something rich and at a great price. Valentina is very cordial and was very attentive to hand over all the requested information. The apartment is very comfortable and very well maintained, it also has a balcony where you can observe at night in a very quiet environment. It was a very pleasant stay, which we would obviously repeat in the same place. You can see that there is concern about delivering good service and that is appreciated.

Great place and felt like home.

We really like André's apartment. It is very close to the Los Leones subway station. The station is practically on the corner. It is also very close to the Costaneira Center mall, you can walk there. Near the apartment, we also have several options for convenience stores, pharmacies, currency exchange, fast food, restaurants and cafes. Andrés is very quick to respond to messages. The view is very beautiful. It's cold, there's a portable heater, it's not that powerful, but it helps. The kitchen is well equipped, but the hot water in the sink is not working. Clean and very good bed and bath linens, of good quality. The bathroom is a great size and has hot water in both the sink and the shower. On one of the days of our stay, we had a malfunction in the hot water, but it was reestablished hours later. Finally, we recommend the place for a couple and we would stay there again.

Raúl was an excellent host. 100% recommended. He gave me very useful information and we had a very fluid conversation at all times. He was very kind to let us leave later than check-out time. I definitely recommend it for a family vacation. I would definitely come back!

A very good experience offered by Eduardo in this apartment: from the communication and attention to the place itself, whose photos match the reality. The area where it is located offers a variety of alternatives for eating and shopping. The Santa Isabel station is about 8 minutes away on foot. A quiet and above all very clean place. I recommend it!

everything was excellent, we were able to check in and check out with flexible hours and that came barbarous with our flight schedule. She was super friendly and everything was described. if I go back to chile and it's available I would definitely come back
