Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The house is very nice, super spacious, complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Great for big families. It has central heating which helps a lot to keep the house warm. María José is an excellent androgynous, she was always very attentive to all the details and is very kind. She responds super fast and is very willing to help. The house met all our expectations, it's the second time we've stayed, and we'll definitely be back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and the green areas are very well maintained.

Everything as described, cozy

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Geert was a great host! Very communicative and took care of everything for us. The space was big, beautiful, quiet, and had everything we needed in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommended for a group of a few people!

This was a fun place to be

Patricio responds quickly and was very kind, he helped us check in a few hours earlier as our flight arrived early. The place is very nice, clean and has a washing machine that made it very easy for us, the kitchen is quite complete. If you walk a few blocks you will find the metro station and the Palacio de la Moneda is quite close.

The location is easy to find, spacious, has kitchen tools, there is hot water for the shower, the only shortcoming was the lack of a washing machine for long-term stays, everything else was great

We were a big group and Sebastián's house was perfect to host all of us. With multiple bathrooms and room for everybody. The location is perfect, few minutes walking from the metro and in a clean and safe neighborhood! Highly recommended if you have a big group!

The stay with Beatriz was very pleasant. In the kitchen, there is coffee, salt and individual spices. Beatriz was very accommodating and the check-in and check-out could be arranged flexibly in terms of time. The Wi-Fi usually worked well.

Pedro is incredible and very kind. The only negative point would be that in my piesa there was no signal for internet or Wi-Fi. But apart from that everything is fine, accommodation in the most beautiful street in Santiago !

Our stay was excellent in every way. The host was always attentive and concerned about our well-being: she managed a cleaning service midway through our visit that arrived promptly, and left every nook spot, with special care in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house is beautiful and modern, with a beautiful pool and a spacious garden where we enjoyed very pleasant moments. The neighborhood is also very family and quiet, ideal for relaxing. As an aspect to improve, it would be ideal to reinforce the initial cleaning before the handover of the house, since we found some outstanding details that were not at the usual level. Also, we would appreciate an extra space to hang clothes when the stay is extended - with a group of three people, having only one wardrobe turned out to be fair. No doubt, a small investment in coat racks or an extra wardrobe would make the experience even more comfortable. Thank you so much and success !

Angela is very friendly and helpful. The area where the Airbnb is located is very quiet, ideal for resting, and there are also several supermarkets and small businesses nearby. The accommodation was clean, well maintained and very comfortable.

House was very easy to reach and is in a great location with many restaurants and a grocery store very close by which helped when we needed food for a bbq we had. Only complaint was the house was very cold but thankfully there were many heaters left by Joaquin for us to use as well as a stove with fuel which Joaquin offered to get more for us to use if we ran out. Once the house warmed up it was good at staying warm and was very comfortable. Joaquin was also nice to let us know about a power outage due to utility work on the street so we didn’t think something was wrong. Overall a very good experience here.

The space is perfect for large groups. We were all very well settled in. The kitchen is complete. Everything is new, clean and nicely decorated. It's 2 minutes from the subway. So it's very convenient. Although the center is quite dirty, in general we felt safe and the apartment provides privacy from the dirt of the center, as well as security. The cost benefit is very good. I just don't recommend it for groups who like to come back late at night. Our group was family and we would return by 8 p.m., and it was still light in the summer. But I wouldn't feel good there at night.
