Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Riche

Excellent stay! Sylvine and Pascal are top hosts. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and the location is unbeatable - 5 to 10 minute walk to all the main spots and great restaurants. We had a car, so private parking at location was a major plus. If staying in Tours, do not hesitate to stay at this location.

I was met at the entrance by Michelle who was absolutely lovely. She patiently showed me every nuance making sure I was comfortable including walking me to the car park. This place is located in a busy area with everything you can need - even a grocery store ( thanks, Michelle, for pointing that out). Quick walk to the train. Easy to drive in and out of the city.

We were comfortable in the place. It is kid friendly and walkable to many restaurants and cool old buildings.

A quiet getaway close to town. The home was perfectly French and comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating to lounge or eat.

Karine, is a thoughtful host. I had never woken up in a rental with warm croissants waiting for us. We had the flexibility to check out, as there were no other guests afterwards. We felt very good on this well-appointed terrace. It was a great place for our romantic weekend and we sincerely thank Karine.

Spacious and clean space. Ideal for groups or families. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood. We were on bikes, we had room to put our bikes there safely.

Sophie is an incredibly welcoming, considerate, accommodating, helpful and friendly host. Everything is perfect for short or long stays, in a beautiful garden . Very friendly and pro-active hosts who respected our privacy. We absolutely loved the huge enclosed garden for our dogs and enjoyed our sundowner next to the river. We regretted not booking longer but we will return to explore the area. We highly recommend this gite if you enjoy tranquility and beautiful surroundings.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

Very nice accommodation, consistent with the photos. Only a small downside for the underground parking spaces, we could not access them. And unfortunately, the response time to our message was long. but otherwise the location is really great! and quiet neighborhood

Albert was present and proactive. He pointed out that the route did not match the address. This is an Airbnb issue for which he is unable to obtain a resolution. Nothing dramatic, but the proposed route is in the opposite direction
