Jacky is very welcoming and his accommodation on the ground floor is very quiet, convenient (you can park in front) and very well equipped. We had a great time there.

The environment allows you to shop (small local shops just next door and opposite, 2 supermarkets less than 2 km away). You can park very easily in front of or in front of the apartment. The apartment corresponds in every way to the description and the photos. This is a spacious place, very clean and very bright. The furniture is in very good condition and harmonized for a quiet and serene atmosphere. It felt good there. This place has plenty of storage and the kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, utensils for cooking as well as appliances. Nothing has been left to chance and everything is designed for our comfort. Joris and Pauline are very responsive and respond very quickly to our questions. I would recommend this cozy little nest.

Accommodation rented for my brother, who came to visit us in La Roche. Very cute and well-appointed studio, 15/20 min walk to the train station. My brother slept very well, and Stephane was very welcoming and very clear in her instructions.

The loft occupies the top floor of the family home, in an idyllic setting on the edge of a small canal in the Poitevin marsh. Chickens, goats, sheep, dogs, cats, swallows and small birds, this is the house of happiness. We had a wonderful weekend, between canoeing and cycling in the marsh.

Short stay in Bruno and Cosette's accommodation, which is ideal for visiting La Roche sur Yon and Vendée for 2 people. Very good exchanges with 2 very friendly and welcoming hosts. The accommodation is well located, quiet, very well equipped. In short, it was a real pleasure.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was in line with (or even better than) what was described in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities and points of interest of the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. I recommend this apartment without hesitation, and I will not hesitate to return during a future stay in Les Sables.

Modern studio, located in a quiet area. Clean and functional with a spa bath that adds a little extra. Perfect, I recommend it!!

Very good place that matches the photos. The amenities are well maintained and a little plus the Jacuzzi already ready at check-in, no need to fill it and heat it compared to other listings.

At the height of the service offered. The jacuzzi in its housing is the cherry, with sea view, it's pretty good!! A bottle of chilled sparkling wine was intended for us, nice. We felt good there. Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!

This apartment has been tastefully designed. It has a lot of charm, is very practical and you feel really good there. The magic happened as soon as we walked through the door. We discovered the city and its surroundings, but the first project was to contract, rest and recharge. This apartment was the right place. The ocean view on both sides from morning to night was really enjoyable too. Thank you for the welcome, hospitality and small attentions.
