Mezzanine studio of 27 m2 for 4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children). Located on the 3rd and top floor, Chavonnes Hautes district. The apartment is very close to the slopes (approx. 100M from Roche Noire) and ski-in/ski-out return is possible in winter depending on snow. Beautiful balcony view and unforgettable sunsets. Calm assured (little traffic). The Club des Galopins is about 150 meters away like the ESF. Center station 3 minutes walk.

Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.

Apartment 8 people in the chalet "les Grandes Alpes" with direct access to the slopes. Fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, shoe dryer, oven, microwave...
