It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

The Glamping tents provide an incredibly unique experience for the more adventurous travelers. You’ll have your very own intimate cozy tent that will feel like a home away from home. Your tent is equipped with a queen bed, twin bed, firepit and chairs, the tents do not have electricity. Located about 3 miles south of Moab on the shady "Moab Rim" side of the valley. The space is a private guest suite that has its own entrance, outdoor living space and parking. Walk or ride your bike to Pipedream mountain bike and Hidden Valley hiking trails. Close to Arches and Canyonlands National Park, Sand Flats and Area BFE. We are a licensed business in Grand County.
