Charming stone village house, renovated in the listed village of La Sauvetat. It is composed of an outdoor courtyard: closed and secure, a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a toilet, an equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge with small freezer, a microwave), a dining room, a living room with a large sofa and a TV. 4 large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet. The Clos Pigeonnier

Old dovecote completely renovated. The ground floor (which was historically the henhouse) serves a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. From the bottom, you access the floor (the dovecote itself) by a miller's ladder. (Be careful, it's steep!) The upper floor offers a large bedroom (bed 140-180) and a living room area fully open to the common courtyard by bay windows. There is no kitchen, but an extra fridge and microwave are installed.
