Residential area to come in your own vehicle and res at my house, without giving up the proximity of interesting places & beaches.Due to urban regulations and to respect our neighbors, noise is not allowed from 11pm to 8am, bachelor parties, or parties Music is allowed if its volume does not bother anyone. Independent cottage from the historic Masia of 1718, located in a protected natural space, on the outskirts of Renau. The estate covers 17 hectares of vineyards, olive trees and forest within a protected natural area. The house has 2 bedrooms ,a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
