We are in the park of the Apuan Alps, 18 km from the coast. To get here you will need to walk for 1km, and go up a dirt road for 1,5km by car. Beautiful Ligurian-style apartment located on the 5th floor with elevator of an ancient building in the historic center of La Spezia: equipped with two double bedrooms, a large living room with double sofa bed, a modern and super-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Terrazza Cavour is of rare beauty thanks to the fantastic terrace equipped with a gazebo, small table with chairs, sofa, two armchairs where you can enjoy aperitifs, sunny lunches and romantic dinners under the moon.

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.
