Holiday rentals with beach access in La Strea

Lucci d’Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything - nothing is missing. From each window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment takes some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options to eat light and enjoy an ice cream. Parking lot next door is free if there is a place, and very accessible if paid. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back!

We loved staying in this cute apartment! Very quiet surroundings, but still super close to the restaurants and amenities of the wonderful city of Otranto! The house is beautiful, clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a very nice shower! Massimiliano has been super helpful and friendly: he lent us a pass to park for free and has been available and responsive for questions during the whole stay!

Had a fantastic week in this accommodation. We felt right at home from the warm welcome of Daniela and Valentino at check-in. The accommodation was very clean and provided with everything and a little more that we could need. The accommodation is located with fantastic panoramic views of the sea, very close to the water, several different beaches and swimming areas. The accommodation is located between two villages with exquisite restaurants and cafes on each side. We are more than satisfied with our stay and will gladly return here.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

Very well located for visiting the surroundings, the sea is nearby. Rooftop terrace of the house to share but with a magnificent view 🤩 (beware of rainy days, very slippery stairs OUCH)

Very quite place and nice pool!

We absolutely loved this little house, a real corner of paradise! What the photos don't show is that the little house is located on a hill with a beautiful garden + sea view as well as olive and flower/wild grass fields surrounding the house. It is also possible to follow very beautiful small trails in the fields from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped and the kitchen is fully functional. We also really enjoyed the location: many beautiful beaches are nearby and it is very easy to get around the surrounding villages / towns. In short, we recommend 100%!!

We stayed in Mary’s home for 3 weeks. It may be our favorite vacation rental ever! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals….there’s even a wood burning fireplace in the kitchen (with wood provided)! Her artistic personality shows throughout; the restoration, her taste in decorating, the artwork on every wall. We had lunches on the beautiful rooftop terrace most days ( stairs are steep, of course…it’s on the roof). Check in was simple and Mary responded to questions quickly. Nardo is a beautiful quiet town, with great restaurants serving Salento cuisine. We were sad to leave, but maybe we’ll be back! Thank you, Mary, for sharing your home. Judith and Stephen

We absolutely loved this place in stunning Otranto! It’s perfectly located near the historical centre, in a very peaceful setting. It’s really tastefully decorated and feels very homely. Nando gave us a high chair and cot for our baby which was also really appreciated. Nando is a great host and I highly recommend staying here!

We were charmed by this little corner of heaven. Comfortable bed, immaculate space, functional for cooking and perfect for relaxing outside. We appreciated the availability of the bikes since the village is very close. Andrea gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants.

The accommodation is very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. Beautiful outdoor area where you can eat or rest. Very kind host. The sea in the surroundings is among the most beautiful in Puglia.

Words cannot describe how immensely special and beautiful this home is. Even the walls have soul! Every bedroom is in its own floor, which felt very private. The home is decorated beyond beautifully and is within walking distance of everything on the island, including amazing restaurants. What words cannot explain is how after staying at many Airbnb’s throughout our travels, the host is BEYOND amazing. She provided customized recommendations for everything on the island based on her experiences (the home is a beautifully restored family home)…. Places that avoided the typical tourist traps. She made sure we were absolutely comfortable, going out of her way at every opportunity. If her parking space is free, without a doubt, I recommend getting it as parking is very limited on the island. The view is literally the best in all of Gallipoli. Literally. Enjoyed so many gorgeous sunsets on 5 different terraces!!!!! Of course, the top one with a 360 degree view could not be beat!!!

Antonio is a very kind: always available and able to provide excellent accommodation for your stay. Very clean, tidy rooms with the essentials to enjoy a few days off from the hustle and bustle of work. Upon arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine and as if that were not enough there were coffee pods and pods for the washing machine. Thanks to Antonio and congratulations on everything!

Although we arrived late, check-in was completely hassle-free - as was check-out. Giovanni was always available and responded quickly and always found a good solution when we had questions. We felt very comfortable, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a huge terrace with sea views where we could enjoy our breakfast. The mattress in the bedroom was impeccable, so we could sleep well. The apartment is centrally located yet quietly in a side street - you can quickly walk to the city and the sea. Giovanni and his wife Francesca are very friendly and helpful hosts. We can recommend the apartment 100%

Terrazza Doxi Fontana is a beautiful apartment with large terrace & amazing views from inside and out. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are very similar making sharing fair for everyone. There are lots of stairs to access the apartment so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Once inside it’s on one level and has a good layout. A great place to chill out. No parking available close by at the port so we had to offload luggage and wait with it whilst someone else parked much further away. Inconvenient but workable. Gallipoli was a lovely place to visit whilst exploring Puglia.

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Elizabeth went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in and sharing wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment was spotless, and we especially enjoyed the balconies with their stunning views. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse! The views are absolutely stunning. You can see the sea from every angle, and the sunsets were truly unforgettable. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the historic city center. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

5-nights stay with 6 friends Very professional host and service, always available if needed. Also, mid-stay cleaning service included in the price. Breathtaking terrace and very nice house with cosy, renovated interior. Excellent location 10 metres from the beach. Air conditioning everywhere in the house, easily adjustable to your liking. All in all very good!

Loved my experience here. Beautiful location. People are friendly in the building and surrounding area. Giovanni is warm and communicative. There was coffee and other necessities to cook. I hope to make it back there one day. Thank you Giovanni.
