Renovated Walzer house 15 mins by car from Alagna

Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. A peaceful corner surrounded by greenery in the Elvo Valley, in Graglia, 600 meters above sea level. The small chalet, equipped with every comfort, has a fully equipped kitchen, living/sleeping area, bathroom, garden (with barbecue), balcony. The terrace, overlooking the Biellese Alps, is the favorite place of the hostess, Daisy, a young and curious tabby kitten. The loft offers a cozy and relaxing dimension, ideal for meditation or reading a good book.
