With independent access and an enclosed garden, you can enjoy a barbecue under a starry sky in the summer or sip a cocktail in the garden furniture. Want to get moving? -The first swims are 20 minutes away (beaches/lake) - Bordeaux is accessible in 30 minutes - Prepare the aperitif, the Dune of Pyla is only 15 minutes away to enjoy a magnificent sunset :)

The Goupil

Maison de campagne de 70m² avec 2 terrasses dont une couverte et une piscine tubulaire au cœur d’un espace calme et arboré : pré, forêt. -20% la semaine sauf en haute saison. Pour information, la maison d'à côté est inhabitée. Le Goupil se compose de 2 chambres (1 lit double et 2 lits superposés) + un canapé-lit dans le salon si besoin, douche à l’italienne, wc, cuisine équipée. Linge fourni. Emplacement idéal pour se ressourcer, proche océan (8km), bassin d'Arcachon, lacs du médoc.

It is a 90 m2 south-facing wooden house on a 600 m2 lot... quiet, not overlooked, with 2 beautiful bedrooms... one bedroom with queen size bed and the other with a bunk bed... a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub; it is located near the ports and shops, 8 km from Arcachon and 20 minutes from the ocean. Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Le Refuge du Marin Cosy for 2 people

7 minutes by bike from the beach and local shops, 5 minutes by car from the city center, the "Refuge du Marin" is perfect for a stay for two, combining calm and comfort to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Equipped with a functional kitchenette with a dining area opening through a bay window onto a private terrace of 10 m². A comfortable sleeping area with a 140 cm bed facing the TV for TV evenings, a modern bathroom completes the set.

Right near the dunes. The holiday chalet is situated on beautiful, small enclosed grounds in a quiet location, only a few steps to the beach, in the center of Cap Ferret. In the middle of this little, very tastefully decorated house is the living room with sofa, dining area Internet and TV. The fully equipped subsequent kitchen has an exit to the beautiful, sheltered terrace. In front of the house there is a second terrace.
