Superb, amazing, beautiful, are perhaps the three adjectives that are repeated when visiting this apartment also privileged. Large accommodation with magnificent sea views, the best apartment for rent in Sant Martí d'Empúries. Four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, entrance hall, utility room and three terraces with sea views. When we open the main door, we can observe the sea, the whole gulf of Roses and a large part of the plains of Empordà. The entrance to the apartment is through the main terrace. The entrance hall distributes housing in two parts, one more noble and the other more functional.In this noble part, we will find a large living room and dining room with two large windows overlooking the sea and access to a covered terrace with fantastic views of the beach of Sant Martí d'Empúries and all the notch of the littoral. But also a master bedroom, huge, the most elegant room, with a large bathroom "en suite" and a third terrace, private to it. The functional part of this penthouse is where there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All rooms have windows to enjoy the landscape, as well as views of the village, the plain of Empordà, the sea and beaches. We are certain that the people who stay in this apartment, will repeat their experience because this one really represents the image of an apartment at the sea, that all at one time we dreamed.
