In the city center of La Tranche-sur-Mer, the apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residence. You will enjoy the sea view from the balcony, beach 50 m away, shops 200 m away. An entrance hallway leads to the bathroom, toilet and a very bright main room comprising the living room with sofa bed, dining area and kitchen. The bedroom includes a 160 X 200 bed. Linens are provided for bookings of 2 nights or more. Free underground parking, max vehicle height 180 cm.

nice refurbished studio, very bright south-facing, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby... the beach is 100 m away. the studio is on the first floor with a double secure entrance. The accommodation is rated 2 stars. At La Tranche sur Mer, parking is paid from April to September, I give a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella Maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is just a few meters from the house! You will also enjoy a nice sea view from the living room and terrace. The city center is very close, only a 5-minute walk. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, the exteriors carefully designed with a landscaper.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.
