Very nice place! Ma’am Ajoh was really generous and accommodating 🥺 we enjoyed our stay here. the place is really clean and neat. the beddings, towels are all newly washed, she even provided toiletries. kitchen necessities are complete. The location is pretty convenient as well, there’s a convenience store across the place and a jeep terminal to baguio plaza too. check-in and check-out are adjustable also. Thank you ma’am! we’ll book this again when we return to baguio ❤️

This is one of the best airbnb places near Pacdal. Our stay was worth it. The place was so beautiful, spacious, clean and relaxing. My family can’t stop saying wow. Cause our big family can fit comfortably. Aside from the place, Ms. Christine was the best host ever! She was so kind in accommodating our requests. Even when I asked a favor, she responded so well. She’s definitely a superhost cause she’s super kind and warm. Thank you ma’am for accommodating us with the best service. My family enjoyed their stay. We’ll be back for sure.

Very clean and i feel home in the unit very comfortable and nice view the place was easy to reach since the location is a long the highway and what you saw in the picture is what you saw on personal and easy access in mini market and jeep if i will back to baguio i will recommended this but i hope soon they have refrigerator

The best place I’ve stayed in Baguio. Easy to locate, felt secured all throughout my stay. Easy access to convenience store. Friendly guards. The place got everything that I needed. Will definitely book again when I get back! ❤️

Miss Julien is very responsive even late night if I have questions she answers it. Also, the place is very peaceful and room is very clean all the linen smells good. We enjoyed our stay there.

Our furbaby was happy and our Senior Mother was as well. Area is perfect for those looking for a more quiet and private place (it’s inside a gated village), while still being near Baguio’s attractions and park. WiFi was good. We extended our stay! 🙂 This was such a cozy home, and our stay was made homier by our gracious hosts, Sir Nico, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Sharon. Big thank you to sir Nico who gave us so much advice on where to go and what to do (+great conversations!).

Our family had a great night staying at the place. The care taker is very accommodating and respectful. It felt like home, even without a/c there is electric fan for the kids and enjoyed the cold breeze. Place is big considering how playful the kids, still we don’t feel limited. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at this Airbnb in Baguio! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised—what you see is what you get. The cold weather added to the charm, and we loved that it was pet-friendly. It’s also conveniently close to Outlook Drive, where you can find great restaurants. While the road leading to the house was a bit bumpy, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Sir Alvin was very responsive to my questions, and Ate Ami was incredibly kind. Overall, it was a great stay! Highly recommended!

Well, unfortunately it was raining when we arrive so its not their fault that we encountered some issues. I've read the details they posted of the location and its already enough to find the exact house using Google Maps. The area has a stiff climb from where we came and has tight parking spot so its quite challenging so I cannot recommended this for guest with cars or with unexperienced drivers. Not sure if that parking was really meant for us but I'm glad we were able to use it so its quite convenient even when we arrive late at night from going around the city. We are not a "maarte" or picky family, as long as its safe and clean we are good to go. And this accommodation was already good enough for us, plus it has great view from the balcony where we used to eat and relax. Everything we need for a house are also provided so our stay really went well. The wifi is quite fast as well. Overall, this accommodation was great for us, a family with kids, and would love to come again.

My family enjoyed our stay. Huge place, plenty of activities for kids and best of all, we loved the city view! Will definitely recommend!

The house we rented was cozy and comfortable. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect – close to the attractions but still quiet and peaceful. We especially appreciated the balcony very relaxing for seniors, the cold weather tho. Overall, We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Awesome place to stay

To start with the good things, Koju Homestay was true to their advertising of having a Japanese style housing in a Baguio setting. The place was neat, spacious, and affordable. The downside about the stay was what other reviewers were saying about the broken elevator. The climb to the sixth floor carrying groceries isn’t convenient for vacation goers. The other minor bad side was locating the entrance building on Amistrad Road instead of Kennon Road. Getting pictures about the front gate or map overview might be useful. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. Jhomar was attentive and flexible. A good host to have.

Not a pro nor a critic but Marks place (Megatower 1) is the best spot in megatower condo units. Just expect walking and uphills! Haha I will book again if there is an opporunity

The place is clean and well-maintained. What we really appreciated was the convenient parking slot located near the elevator. However, we hope the lighting in the kitchen can be improved, as it feels a bit dim—especially during dinner time. The TV could also be upgraded, as it's quite small for cozy, bed-weather staycations. We experienced a power interruption that lasted a couple of hours, but thankfully it was resolved by the afternoon. Overall, it's a great spot for short stays—plus it's conveniently close to Good Shepherd and Mines View Park.

Great place to stay. Clean, cozy, and in a convenient location. It’s a bit small but can comfortably fit 4–5 people. The host was friendly and responsive. Only downside was the parking—it’s first-come, first-served, and you likely won’t find a spot if you come home late at night. Otherwise, highly recommended!
