Villa holiday rentals in La Trinité

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

We stayed with Olivier for the second time and felt completely comfortable as a family of five. The villa is well maintained, clean and well equipped – from the kitchen to comfortable beds to bathrobes and terry towels. Olivier is a great host: always available, quick to respond and very friendly. The complex is beautiful, quiet and immediately invites you to relax. Highlights for our kids: the pool table, hot tub and basement with table tennis, foosball table, fitness equipment, and more. Practical are also washing machine, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Three restaurants (including 1 pizzaria) and a bakery are within walking distance. We sincerely thank Olivier for the nice time and highly recommend the place – always happy to come back!

Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Check In and Check out were a breeze. The view was amazing and the photos don't do justice on how nice the space is. The property is on the mountainside, but it is very modern and extremely functional. Only a short drive from Nice, and within an hour from Menton, Monaco, Cannes, Grasse, Ez, Bellet(Wine country) and Antibes for a day trip.

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

An unforgettable stay in Nice! Our stay at Lauryane and Stephen’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location was fantastic — peaceful yet very convenient — and the view was simply breathtaking. The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lauryane and Stephen were incredibly warm, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about creating a great guest experience. We felt completely at home and would love to return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Nice!

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

The scenery is very, very good, you can see the beautiful sea view, it is a very perfect holiday home, every bedroom has a sea view, I like it very much, very satisfied, a very unforgettable and wonderful stay

Cyril’s villa is an absolute gem! We were a family of 7, including 3 children from 9-14. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. A feast for the eyes wherever you look, however it didn’t feel cluttered, more masterfully curated. Wonderful lamps throughout giving beautiful lighting come evening. Beds were comfortable and we have returned to England having placed an order for continental pillows! It was immaculately clean and the housekeeper, Berangere was so kind to welcome us on our arrival and walk us through the villa. The pool was the main reason we booked the villa and it didn’t disappoint! It was the star of the show, our children loved it and we used it every day. Vence town is a 10 minute stroll away with so many charming places of interest. We used Uber for all our journeys and days out, very reasonable and the app is so easy to use. A visit to Saint Paul De Vence is a must! Cyril was a lovely host and was very responsive to any enquiries before our trip. We hope to return soon!

The four of us had a great week at Louis' accommodation. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Joss and immediately felt at home. The house looks just the same as the photos! Everything is very clean, even the "pool boy" came by once. The amenities of the accommodation are great, nothing is missing. Communication with Louis is very pleasant. Louis is happy to take special requests and help with any questions. I really appreciated the extremely short reaction time of sometimes only a few minutes! You feel super taken care of and can just enjoy the holidays :-). I wouldn't want to change anything, it was a fantastic vacation. I can only recommend it! THANKS!

This was our third time staying at Valerie’s house and we loved it as much as we did on our previous visits. Beautiful house, garden and the pool is wonderful. The villa is very well-equipped and clean and the communication is always prompt and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

Perfect, fabulous view

Very nice place to stay with small private and well-kept garden. The pool is amazing. We felt completely comfortable and therefore even extended. Everything there that makes a vacation. Coralie and her mother are very friendly. The only drawback: the beds are too hard for our feeling. But that's complaining to a high standard. I'm sure we'll be back.

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

Great stay at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our time, once again! Great connections to Nice airport and surrounding villages. Spacious garden and pool and great cooking amenities. Looking forward to coming again!

Nico was a wonderful host, he waited up for us and gave us a tour of all the houses features, including the swimming pool, a barbecue and even a pizza oven. Water pressure was great, and plenty of public areas, both indoors and outdoors. The only possible drawback is that you have to drive up and down the hill to get into Metro Nice, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, that's actually a plus. We highly recommend Nico and his house. We would gladly stay there again.
