Large 60 m2 living room, and a smaller one, both equipped with a chimney. Six bedrooms of which 4 have a double bed, an office. Recent remodeling, with a second phase yet to come... but already quite nice ! Quiet neighborhood, next to a forest, 10 min away from city center. We sometimes cross deers in the garden.

The entire house is very calm with different parkings free. View is magnific for3 directions...regarding Belledonne and Chartreuse. You have Lidl, Carrefour ,Casino nearby and a Mac donald too. Crolles has a swimming pool and a skate park.
