The entire house is very calm with different parkings free. Magnific view . You have Lidl, Carrefour,Bio shops,Mac Donald,Grand frais nearby. Very nice apartment on the banks of the Isère River.

The accommodation on the 7th floor is very bright and includes a terrace with stunning views of the Belledonne massif and the Bastille as well as the Isère river. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to all amenities: At the foot of the building there is a Vival supermarket. The center of the neighborhood (bakery, café, tobacco shop, butcher shop, casino shop, Carrefour Express, restaurant) is 5 minutes away by bike. Parking at the foot of the building (60 spaces) is about €10/day.
