Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Union

The home is large and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms was equipped with its own air-conditioner and there were 2 tower fans in the living room area. A rare amenity was the rather large refrigerator instead of the more typical mini refrigerator. The home also had a regular full-size 4 burner stove with oven which was a nice bonus. The large yard that surrounds the house is fenced with 2 locked entry gates; one small gate for people and a large gate for cars or etc. The large yard is filled with various fruit trees and many flowering plants and etc which are maintained by the homes caretaker. The ocean and beaches are close by with the popular surfing community of San Juan, La Union, a relatively short trip to the South. Also, be sure to keep food crumbs and spills wiped up to avoid feeding the ants which seem to love life in the warm tropical Philippines. The hosts and caretakers of the home were all very kind and quick to respond to any questions.

Had a great stay! The place is super affordable, but the ocean view especially during sunset is absolutely stunning. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Not fancy, but perfect if you’re after a chill, budget-friendly beach escape.

Jocelyn is a great host. That includes her co host Madel. We wanted to stay a night so we can go to the casino nearby. It was a spur of the moment decision, that practically you can’t find a place just like that, but Airbnb was an easy search. It was a perfect place for our purpose, but an add on to is that it was very clean, comfortable, with a vibrant aura to the house. Our overnite stay was not enough to enjoy this place so next time this will be our #1 choice for the area.

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Pio Baguio with our family - wish we stayed longer! Felt super at home. The hosts were very communicative and super responsive. Definitely recommend staying here for a Baguio getaway!

Everything was perfect from the host to the caretaker who was so friendly and hospitable. All the rooms were amazing, clean and luxury indeed. Very peaceful and very beautiful. Furnitures and appliances were outstanding , coffee maker, nutriblend, stove inside and outside, toaster, sandwichmaker, bonfire, swing, tv, billiards, toys, boardgames, internet (had a problem but was immediately fixed by them) and many more. We really enjoyed our whole stay, and we will definitely come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Garner House Baguio. The place looked exactly like it did in the photos. Every corner was thoughtfully designed, modern, and very clean. It’s clear a lot of care was put into the interiors, and it made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was cozy yet stylish, with all the comforts we needed. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating and flexible with our requests, which made our stay even smoother and more enjoyable. The only downside was the ongoing construction around the area, but that seems to be common across many parts of Baguio these days so it’s understandable and didn’t take away from our overall experience. All in all, our stay was excellent. We’d definitely recommend Garner House to anyone looking for a clean, well-designed, and relaxing place to stay in Baguio. We’d love to return!

Our trip was not easy from the get-go. Car broke down on the way to the bnb - Noelle (host) and Jerome (caretaker) were both super responsive to our calls and questions. They even offered to help us to find a mechanic! 10/10 for the hospitality! The unit was exactly as described — fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach. While the beach itself was on the smaller side and a bit rustic, it was still a lovely spot for our puppy to run around and enjoy a swim! Would like to thank Noelle for letting us stay in her place - we had a lovely time!

Stayed for 2 nights, we had a very good experience staying at Mirage’s house. Units are cozy and clean. The staff/caretaker was very helpful and accommodating of all our last minute requests. Theyre very easy to deal with. Everything was smooth and we would definitely be back ❤️

Very accommodating ng Host kahit nakalagay na 10am ang checkout she recommended ibang unit which was supposedly 11am ang checkout but still give extra hour para 12 ang checkout. about the play what you see sa photos yun din sa personal very accommodating din ang mga narereceive. Very clean ng place! sulit!

This place is awesome! Value for money indeed. Complete with everything we need. And even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. When I asked for a work desk and chair they immediately provided it. Our pets also had a good time because they have spacious garden areas where they could run around. Temperature is chilly, which we love. So close to Mirador Eco Park (walking distance) and downtown (short drive). They are generous with their supplies (toilet paper and kitchen, dishwashing, sponge, etc). They also provide free mineral water and has a hot and cold dispenser. The owner and staff were very courteous and reliable. Quick to answer our questions and address our requests. They also have laundry services, netflix, gaming console and the parking is spacious. We will definitely come back!

we loved our stay. Its nice and peaceful, weather is great. very responsive to our questions and if we needed anything. I like that there is unlimited potable water available. we will stay there again in the future.

The place was exactly what my family needed for a quick LU stopover. It’s spacious, strong wifi connection, and the a/c was so cool, which made our stay more pleasant (considering how hot it was outside when we were there haha)

very responsive si miss Nia since from the start na magbook ako hanggang sa mag check out kami very nice peaceful place unit smells good pagpasok namin pati narin yung cr complete lahat from toiletries kitchen needs a little bit far from town proper 10-15mins depending on traffic but very accessible sya sa taxi at jeeps kaya OK lang may convenience store sa harap may karindirya . I really love her place me and my family enjoyed our 5 days stay at this unit we'll probably go back again next time...

I think Ms Jane is the best host from the Airbnbs I have visited so far -- Friendly, caring, she always asked "How are you? Are you doing well?" etc, which I think she's genuinely taking care of their guests, we talked a bit on the messenger as well, which was a nice experience. Talking about the place, it's spacious and clean, the view from the balcony is superb, I felt like I have been seeing through natures in years with just two days of staying, I like the mysterious feeling of the foggy weather, sometimes you see clearly, sometimes you do not, the people in the building are friendly and polite as well. Cafe sophia is just like a min of walk from the hotel and they serve really good food -- big portion and not really expensive, which is a lil bit surprised to me. I did jogging at night around and it's peaceful, the jacuzzi in the hotel is not bad, and you can enjoy the mountain view too, thank you Ms Jane for letting me staying here, I would come back again if I have chance.

Location is about 40 mins drive from San Juan, LU. Room is clean with hot water and AC. Staff here are friendly.
