Beautiful 95 sqm apartment in the center of the village, 20 meters from Lake Bracciano and a stone's throw from the historic center and the municipal square, the distance to Rome is only 45 minutes by car. Surrounded by restaurants, pizzerias, bars and a supermarket. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and two large balconies, one overlooking the lake and the other towards the historic center and the ruins of the Rocca Orsini. It's on the third floor of the building and enjoys a breathtaking view.

La casetta del Borgo is a small gem in the charming village of Trevignano Romano. A delightful studio apartment a stone's throw from the lake, with a soft atmosphere, inspired by the theme of a boat. Three beds (a double bed and a single loft bed), an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a charming fireplace. The house is equipped with TV, washing machine, fridge, oven, iron and hairdryer. Located in the center of the village, it allows you to reach the main tourist attractions within walking distance.

La Fontana di Sotto si trova nello splendido borgo di Trevignano, in posizione centrale e pochi passi dal lago. Tutti i servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. A stone's throw from the Colosseum

Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

The Loft on the Lake

Charming loft of about 38 square meters consisting of a single room with kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, window with a view of the lake and mezzanine with wooden futon double bed; the bathroom is covered in terracotta and slate, shower cabin and hairdryer. Located in the lower part of the historic village, Il Loft del Lago is located 50 meters from Piazza del Molo and 20 meters from Piazza del Lavatoio, a few meters from restaurants and clubs, very close to the lakeside beach.

CasaCucù

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.
