House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

"La Era del Rio" is a fully rented cottage located on a 2,000-square-meter estate that borders the trout river Curueño. It has a barbecue, tables and benches, hammocks and armchairs for sunbathing, trees, river and garden. A travel crib can be added. In front of the estate, there is a Roman Causeway that leads to the ruins of the medieval fort of Montuerto, in turn communicating with the neighboring village of Nocedo de Curueño.
