De los alojamientos más lindos en La Velata. El condominio es pequeño, por lo que te da una sensación de privacidad y tranquilidad al no tener tantos vecinos como un complejo más grande. El departamento es completamente nuevo y estuvo perfecto para nuestro grupo, el WIFI es muy bueno si necesitas trabajar remoto y desde la piscina privada pudimos disfrutar de la luna llena en la noche. Esteban te recibe en recepción con una sonrisa y siempre está en el condominio por si se ofrece algo. La zona es súper tranquila, hay un Oxxo a unas cuadras, varios restaurantes ricos y el acceso a la calle para salir hacia la zona hotelera. Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí sin duda!

Maria and Nuria were amazing hosts, always available to assist us further than what was expected - with local travel and tour options. The apartment is absolutely perfect, situated close to restaurants and convenience stores and the rooftop pool is one of a kind!! Thanks for everything, we will surely be back each year.

Es un poco difícil el acceso porque había llovido pero la privada y el departamento están genial y en el fraccionamiento hay 2 cenotes 🙌🏼 el Departamento muy limpio y todo nuevo y tenía todo lo necesario

Maria was responsive and attentive when necessary. The location was a little hard to find at first but otherwise the check in was very smooth. The unit was clean and as described. Absolutely worth the money. The pool in the courtyard was a daily treat and Maria was very helpful in getting me rentals for vehicles and anything else I needed. I will definitely look to stay here when I am back in Tulum.

El departamento está muy padre, limpio y organizado, el área para llegar es un poco complicado pero esto es independiente al departamento. Específicamente el departamento y los condominios donde se encuentra están muy padres. Tranquilo y bueno para descansar.

What can I say.......This was PARADISE!!!!! I have rented many houses through different websites, and this house was exactly what they said it was going to be. I stayed in this beautiful house 5/25/25 to 6/56/25. Everything was Perfect from the first day I entered this house, until the day I left. Armando, and his Wife Andrea made the entire trip perfect. They took care of any of our needs. I loved the little shopping, and restaurant area close to the house. If you are looking for a Beautiful, and Peaceful house to vacation in, this is the HOUSE!!! Also, the Entire Staff at Akumal Villas if fantastic. They answered all my questions before arriving to the house. I would like to Thank everyone for the Best Vacation I have ever had. Looking forward to returning to this House again soon.

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

Very nice place to hang out with family! Away from the hustle of everything else if that's what you're looking for but not too far from beaches or Tulum or Playa Del Carmen

Very clean spacious home. It would be perfect for a large party. Our family of four enjoyed it very much. It’s a great home to relax in. It’s so nice, you might not want to leave. We enjoyed the pool very much.

El lugar es ideal para desconectarte completamente, cuenta con las comodidades para un grupo grande de personas; tuvimos el apoyo de Don Israel que estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros y procuró que estuviéramos bien todo el tiempo. Recomendado y de poder repetir lo haríamos sin duda.

Had a great stay! Clean, pretty quiet, felt safe, friendly hosts. It was well-priced and I would recommend! Note - It is a quick drive to paved roads but pretty bumpy dirt roads for a few minutes radius around it with a lot of construction (not close enough for the noise to be a problem). Just something to note when picking out a vehicle. I had a scooter and am very experienced on them so was fine but maybe would have done an ATV or dirt bike for a better drive.

Really nice appartement with big pool and full kitchen, there was drinking water when we arrived and also pooltowles. Everything was perfect. Flo was a nice host, had really good recommendations and answerd as quick as possible. Would totally recommend 😊

Condos were very cute and nicely decorated. The premises had 24 hour security as well as fantastic food at the on community restaurant, a convenient store and nice communal areas/ pools to use. The instructions they gave to find the air bnb were very helpful as Mexico’s roads are hard to navigate and often look like dirt road dead ends. Highly recommend this stay! Perfect for our large group. Hot water is finicky but that is expected in Mexico so cannot fault them for it. Overall great stay thank you!

My boyfriend and I were in Tulum to celebrate our 30th and 35th birthdays and also for the Afterlife and Circoloco festivals. We chose this airbnb because it’s close to Zamna venue but also to the strip, beaches, and all the other places we wanted to go to while we were in town. The property is BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and super helpful making sure we got to the house okay and had all we needed throughout the week we were there. They were kind enough to give us a ton of great recommendations on things to do and places to eat which I really appreciated also. Only wish we could have stayed longer!!! Definitely cant wait to come back and stay with Hector and Danevat again, thank you both for everything!

Tuvimos unos días de vacaciones muy felices. Es un lugar nuevo, muy acogedor y muy cómodo. Viajamos con nuestros dos hijos de 6 años y lo disfrutaron mucho. Con aire acondicionado, televisión y wifi funcionando perfectamente. La alberca es muy bonita. El personal del condominio estuvo pendiente de la limpieza del lugar toda la estancia. Lo único son los ruidos de la construcción los cuales solo tuvimos algunos días iniciando la semana. Recomiendo muchísimo este lugar.

I loved my stay at Vero's place! I stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the place and the location. Vero has put a lot of attention to detail in decorating the place and making sure it is well equipped. It's perfect for longer stays. The neighborhood is nice! There are a number of good cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk as well as several convenience stores. I enjoyed walking in the mornings. Vero communicated well and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
