We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette party and had an amazing time!! It was the perfect size for the 8 of us and was a perfect distance from where all we wanted to go. The thing I appreciated the most was how quickly they responded when it came to any kind of question! Super accommodating about an early check in since it was possible and we needed to decorate the house!

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

This place is private and serene that is just 20 minutes from the social and energy of Nashville. There are plenty of places to gather and enjoy the outdoors from the pool to the hot tub to the fireplace/grill area. Inside, the pool table and games provide more fun. The home has plenty of room to host a large group. Our host, Greg, was responsive and quickly responded to issues that needed to be addressed.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

The house was in a great location in relationship to downtown Nashville and/or Franklin. Plenty of stores around. The den in the back of the house was a great place for everyone to 'hang out' in. The only 'challenge' was the busy road that the house is located on. Depending on the time of day, it was sometimes tricky pulling out of the drive. We had a great stay here!

Great, beautiful and clean space. The kitchen, dining, and living were perfect for visiting. We spent some time in the pool - wish it hadn't rained so we could enjoy it even more.

Spacious, comfortable and located within a couple miles of every store you could need. I was in town for work with five others and we all had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A beautiful and spacious home that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the house was tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and artwork. The basement was full of fun activities, and the backyard and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommend!

We had our event cancel on us last minute and needed a safe and cozy place to stay fast. Julian helped get us set and provided a squeaky clean and private home for us to rest for the night! He also let us extend check out time to get some extra sleep!

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

This home was absolutely lovely and such a great stay for my family. The whole place smelled fresh and clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. Rosalba was very accommodating and even though we were only there for two nights it was a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath Airbnb! The home was comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the quiet ambiance and clean interior. One of the things we loved most was how convenient the location was for food delivery. Our orders arrived quickly and without any confusion, which made dinner plans effortless after long days out. The host went above and beyond to provide ample towels and rags, ensuring we had everything we needed without ever having to ask. We were also pleasantly surprised to find bottled water and a few snacks waiting for us; a small but much-appreciated touch of hospitality. This Airbnb strikes a perfect balance between comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice home I would definitely come back to stay. We had an ant problem when we stayed. And one of the rooms was an office style room with 2 roll away beds. I wish I would have known that ahead of time, but this was a nice home overall and I would definitely enjoy another stay soon.

The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. When sitting on the back porch or deck, you can hear the birds sing, watch the squirrels play and the bunnies running around the yard. It is a great place to relax! However, you are still close to shopping and restaraunts. Ginger was very welcoming, proactive with instructions and communication and her home was stocked with just anything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We look forward to planning our next trip and prayerfully staying here again!

Carl was an EXCELLENT host!! Emma equally EXCELLENT as co-host!! Quickly responded to questions and had great suggestions for things to see during our stay. Carl’s location is so peaceful, even had deer feeding in the backyard a couple of mornings. Such a relaxing break from a hustling day touring Nashville. I’d highly recommend staying at Carl’s home!!

This B&B was totally our space, with private entry & parking. No kitchen but host provided any needed supplies and small fridge & microwave worked great. King bed was very comfy!!!
