A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

The Cottage is a quiet, natural self contained accommodation. You will have off street parking close to the door . Behind 1899 Inn just one block from the small down town next door to the library. One bedroom with a king size bed and in the living area there is a sofa bed . The full kitchen is equipped for light preparation of food and there is a dining table . In the bedroom there is a DVD player for the wonderful selection of movies that can be checked out of the library next door .

Great studio apartment. Beautiful views with country living, quiet and peaceful, 1.5 miles to town. Owners on site, friendly but private, no contact unless initiated by you. Walk the neighborhood and enjoy the views in every direction. Can accommodate 2 adults and one child comfortably. This apartment will NOT accommodate 3 adults. Extra guest= extra charge.
