Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Borgo Saturno: entire villa on the hill.

Our house at the foot of the Modena Apennines is inside an old village, a former paternal residence from which it takes its name "Saturno". The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is spread over 2 levels with a floor area of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a kitchen. Going up the stairs we find a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom, plus terrace overlooking both sides of the Apennines.

A cozy, spacious (> 100 sqm), quiet, bright nest with a view of the Apennines. A simple country house, immersed in the UNESCO MaB Reserve, which preserves 70% of Italy's biodiversity. The facility has obtained the European Certification for Sustainable Tourism in Protected Areas (CETS2). We are happy to welcome your dogs as well, with a large, fenced, private green area available for them. We are located on the Via Matildica del Volto Santo route, a few kilometers from Canossa.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway where nature is the undisputed master. Stop to dream while gazing at the infinite, stroll through nature and among the rows of lavender. Every corner of this magical place has been studied and designed to make your stay unique. A beautiful Jacuzzi is available in the summer while the Turkish bath is available in the winter. ATTENTION: ONE APARTMENT is rented. In the same shared garden, there is a SECOND APARTMENT.
