The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

You will have 3 bedrooms (equipped with 2 very comfortable double beds and a single bed), a beautiful open-plan kitchen, a small bathroom, a spacious and very pleasant living room and a small terrace. The village is located at the end of the road and nestled in the heart of nature: you will find many walks nearby and a lake for swimming.

The house is composed of a large kitchen with everything to cook, 2 dining rooms, a large living room, outside several terraces allow you to choose shade or sun. Upstairs a large bedroom with toilet and bathroom, two bedrooms with toilet and shared shower room. On the top floor you will find two bedrooms in a row with shower room and toilet. The dimensions of the beds are: 1 large bed of 180 cm, 2 large beds of 160 cm and 7 beds of 90 cm.

The gargoyle is an unusual gîte, renovated in an old small wine cellar in the middle of the Corbières at the end of an old village of 30 inhabitants; surrounded by nature on 5000 m² of south-facing land overlooking the scrubland where many hiking trails start. The building consists of an old wine cellar and an old sheepfold inhabited by the owners. Both parties are completely independent.
