If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The "blue house"

Very nice house of 120m2 with upstairs 3 bedrooms with 140 beds and a small bedroom/games room with bunk beds in 90 that can accommodate 2 additional children (board games, books, etc...) a bathroom with shower and wc. On the ground floor, large living/dining room with TV, Wi-Fi, darts, wood-burning stove, baby chair, etc. Equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, air fryer, Senseo, toaster, dishwasher, etc.). Garden with summer kitchen, toilet, trampoline and pétanque court!

The eco gîte Haïku is located in a secluded hamlet 450 meters above sea level at the end of a 6 km track that is fully passable in the heart of the wild Minervois. It is adjacent to our house and is totally independent. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. The Trollière

Halfway between Toulouse and Montpellier, in the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, Belsoleil is a unique place, isolated from the world, where you will enjoy the calm, silence and starry skies. Located 700 m above sea level, in a wooded and preserved environment, you are likely to share the daily life of mammals, birds, but also birds, insects and other small animals that are very well there. 2 modular cottages for 2 to 10 people. Romantic Cosy Retreat in Ancient Bread Oven

The ideal isolated escape ! Perfect to déconnect, rest and recharge. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes) this cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.

Gîte in a 17th century farmhouse

Our gîte, designed for 8 people, welcomes you to the heart of the Montagne Noire, between Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, at the gates of the lakes. You can enjoy the swimming pool, Lola greenway PassaPaïs 250 m away, central section of the Véloccitanie (220 km cycling route), GR/PR at the gates of the restored farm.

The Greenhouse

This charming accommodation offers easy access to the city center and is on the greenway for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. You have the entire gîte at your disposal as well as a small garden. Possibilities of some hikes with me in the surrounding mountains. I can also offer an English language stay.
