This country house, 30 minutes from Auch and Marciac, is everything you'd expect from an 18th century farmhouse renovated in a contemporary style. Modern volumes cleverly articulated in an old building renovated to measure, improbable circulation tricks, games of lines and perspectives, and of course a certain sense of taste... For 10/12 people, it offers a swimming pool overlooking the Gascon valleys, a private padel court, pétanque, a kitchen with indoor grills and several shaded dining areas.

Well isolated from the grain farm, you will be surrounded by a small landscaped garden, a vegetable garden, and a small sunflower culture; with private access. It offers unobstructed views of the Gers hillsides and access to the restored old washhouse. In the heart of the Astarac PNR project, you will discover its biodiversity, its architectural and agroecological heritage.

Explore our typical cabin with a terrace, a cozy and secluded retreat featuring a shower and dry toilet. Upstairs, a comfortable 160x200 bed awaits, along with a corner with a table, chairs, and armchairs. Equipped for breakfast with a small fridge, kettle, French press coffee maker, and teapot.
