Very nice apartment, cozy, quiet and bright, 45 m2, located 3 minutes from Enghien-les-Bains train station (10 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord line H and 30 minutes from Stade de France by bus or train). Great for the 2024 Olympics. Ideally located close to the lake, casino and SPA Barrière, shops, market 3 times a week and restaurants. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I'm available to welcome you before and during your stay.

Located on the 1st floor, without elevator, of a small quiet and wooded condominium, you can enjoy the balcony/terrace not overlooked to relax after a day of sightseeing or work. Ideal for 2 people, you will have quality amenities.
