Holiday rentals with a patio in Lac d'Esparron

Very nice accommodation, tastefully furnished, quiet and close to the city center on foot. The nearby parking is very convenient and allows you to recharge your electric vehicle. The loggia was also very practical and cozy. We loved it!

We loved our stay in Aix and intend on coming back! Chris Et Marie’s place was perfect and we hope to stay again. The surrounding shops were wonderful and people were very friendly. Be sure to check out the main market on Saturday. We got wonderful food for lunch and dinner.

We found a quiet and comfortable place to enjoy after our day of sightseeing. The town, although not mentioned in travel accounts, is very pleasant, with beautiful views from the front of the town hall building. And with those little streets that invite you to stroll, admiring the neighbors' flowers. The hosts facilitate their personal subscription to streaming channels, which we super use.

A beautiful and peaceful place. A splendid apartment well beyond expectations. It looks even more beautiful than the pictures. Everything is there. Nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable in the small and cozy house part. Jean Marie personally welcomed us and gave us good tips for excursions. Fortunately, we had terry towels with us, which is not included, which was written in the listing, but we had overlooked it. Otherwise, the apartment and also the kitchen were very well furnished. Now in April, the lower floor was quite cool, but could be heated practically. All in all, a super nice and quiet place in a beautiful location!

It was so nice being in the town. Anna’s place was very cute and we loved the courtyard. We really enjoyed staying there.

My husband and I loved the unit in Moustiers-Saint-Marie. We had trouble finding but that's because I was using the address rather than the GPS coordinates that the unit manager sent. So learn from our mistake! The trek from the parking lot with our bags was just as desscribed, and the unit itself was just as described. The unit was pristine and the location was very private and quiet. The view from the terrace while having coffee in the morning was just as lovely as the photos! We recommend this unit and hosts for anyone looking for a one bedroom unit in the quaint village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie.

Everything about it was perfect at Patrick's place. We had a pleasant stay. Very clean and nicely decorated accommodation with a pleasant terrace. Good location. I'd be happy to come back .

We enjoyed our stay a little out of time. The house is simple with quite cute, slightly outdated elements. Marie-Sophie kindly responded to all of our email communications. The house is quiet and we will gladly go back.

We stayed in this accommodation and the experience was very positive. The accommodation reflected the description, extremely clean and functional. The kitchen is well-stocked with many accessories, well-maintained outdoor spaces and a fantastic swimming pool. Everything was perfect for our needs. The area is quiet, close to the village of Quinson. From here you can easily reach the Verdon Gorges, the Valensole plateau, and Moustiers Saint Marie in 40/50 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation for longer stays as well.

We felt like home from the very beginning. Pascal and his family are extremely friendly and caring. We were warmly welcomed and Pascal was giving us incredible advices on places to explore around the area. For us his interest in cycling fitted very well. He gave perfect route advices and joined for a memorable trip through lovely villages in the Provence. The house and the garden is very calm and a perfect spot to organise different trips. Philippe is a very responsive host providing good clear directions for our arrival. We enjoyed the air conditioning on this hot weekend. The private parking space in front of the property is a plus. The nights are quiet in this subdivision. The layout of this small apartment is functional and cozy.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We’ve rented several other apartments in Aix over the years, and this was by far the best. Honestly, the building isn’t much to look at, but the apartment is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, the apartment is very well-equipped (it helps to find the hidden kitchen drawers 😂), the (rear) bed is très confortable, the showers are generous and modern. The extra office room was great for relaxing and reading, and the terrace was lovely. Having a fully equipped laundry room was just the cherry on top! All in all, we were very impressed with the apartment, and found it to be the perfect base for our adventures in Provence. I hesitate to recommend it too enthusiastically, because I don’t want to find out that it’s booked before we can stay there again!

We had simply the perfect week in this truly lovely triplex apartment ! We felt so at home immediately. The apartment is beautifully decorated and with direct access both to the wonderful garden (and with it the fantastic swimming pool and tennis court ) and the special roof terrace with an incredible view of Aix en Provence and the mountains in the distance, it simply could not have provided us with a more relaxing and happy stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful and the whole week could not have gone any smoother. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again! Thank you so much, we could not recommend it highly enough.

The location of this Airbnb is great! Right in the walking center of Aix. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As mentioned in previous reviews and from the host, there are a lot of stairs, so it would not be great for young kids or less mobile adults. It’s an old historic building, which is cool in and of itself. Beds are comfortable, and the place was well stocked. It could use a bit of a refresh, which I’m told will be happening this year. It’s a nice blend of new versus old.

It was a very nice time in Max's apartment, a super large beautiful pool, the parking situation is a bit difficult depending on the day of the week, but I accepted that, Bargemon is a nice cozy village and the reception by Lene was very friendly. Petra

We loved are stay in Marseille! The apartment was very clean and the we had every amenity we needed. The place was centrally located with easy access to the Old Port and beyond.
