I sincerely recommend this accommodation for a pleasant stay! René is very welcoming, kind and exudes joie de vivre. He doesn't hesitate to take the time to remember to give you important information and to guide you to the places to go in the area. She's a very responsive person! The accommodation is very nice, the location is great! My girlfriend and I were very satisfied and we thank René for his person!

My stay went very well, quiet place. The access explanations were very clear. The apartment is warm, functional and very pleasant. Teo is very responsive in his answers to my questions. I recommend it without hesitating.

We spent 5 days in Céline's Airbnb. The apartment has a great location and the view of the lake impressed us every day. The street is noisy, but you get used to it. There are bathing beaches and restaurants within walking distance. The promenade along the lake is perfect for a walk! ☺️ We definitely recommend the place!

For us who love calm and serenity, this apartment was perfect! We didn't have the opportunity to meet Emmanuel but communication via messages was fluid and responsive! The accommodation is charming, faithful to the description! What a pleasure to be able to enjoy the super large sunny terrace!! We will still offer a bonus to whoever manages to silence the neighboring "cockatoo"😁😁! We of course recommend this rental! You won't be disappointed! Beautiful apartment, spacious, bright, well arranged, very clean and tastefully decorated! The view of the lake is even more beautiful than the photos and the terrace a real asset. Our stay was too short, but we will be happy to come back if we have the opportunity, especially since the area was a beautiful discovery.

The view from the apartment is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and and is a great place to relax when you aren't outside. one thing to note is to keep the host updated on your arrival time as you are met at the barrier to parking area. saves having them stand around for ages. Great place

My husband, toddler, and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, perfect for our little family. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions yet quiet enough for restful nights. Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going with a toddler much less stressful. Mikael and Sarah were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, always quick to answer our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The little touches throughout the home made it feel warm and welcoming. We would highly recommend this place to families or anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

What a beautiful setting for nature lovers like us. It had everything to feel good. The impeccable accommodation, but also this breathtaking view of the lake and the mountain. Bike, hike, good little restaurants too, shops within walking distance, a host responsive to our questions. We recommend this magical place!

The studio is very well located in this beautiful region of the Riviera des Alpes. You can enjoy all the activities on foot and park your vehicle very easily in a private space in this very busy place. The studio is very quiet, well-equipped. The small terrace is perfect for the view and to enlarge the space. We came with our dog: the green environment of the building is a plus for the "little walks" in the morning and evening ;-) (with respect of course). We loved it and highly recommend it. We spent 3 days in this very nice little studio with a view of the Lac du Bourget. Claude was very welcoming and gave good advice on activities to do around the studio. The area is super nice (accessible by car, on foot or by bike) - 30 minutes from the lake on foot. The terrace is a real plus in the studio to spend time in peace and shade in the afternoon☀️ Lots of hikes to do, activities and unusual places to discover nearby, a panel of flyers awaits you at the studio to discover them! Pleasant, spacious and clean accommodation with an exceptional view of the lake. Everything is decorated with care and good taste. Two friendly outdoor spaces with views that also lead to relaxation. Eric and Anne are very friendly, responsive and discreet hosts.

Very good choice of accommodation if you want to go on vacation / WE in Aix-les-Bains! Accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the city center and all the shops, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Ability to park quite easily on the street.

Excellent place, excellent host. Although this is the bottom portion of the house where the host lives, it felt like we were in our own home, it was perfect. Would book again if visiting!

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The accommodation was not only immaculately clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The sauna and the jacuzzi are particularly noteworthy - both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping facilities were easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

Had a very nice stay. Spectacular and idyllic landscape. Appartement very well equipped, especially when travelling with small children. A bed, a chair, cups, toys, everything was there. We didnt know that we were supposed to bring towels though, but received some anyways. Very friendly owners, happily showing our children their animals and letting the feed them.
