In a very quiet residential area, we welcome you to this well-equipped accommodation with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The studio has a private garden area with garden furniture and BBQ as well as a free parking space right in front.

Charming 25 m2 studio. Ideally located in the Alouette district, the accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac and close to the Bourgailh forest. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. We have converted 2 apartments on the first floor of our house. You will stay in a nice 2-room apartment, in the heart of a large enclosed and wooded garden. A separate entrance is via an external staircase dedicated to guests.
