Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

This old exposed stone farmhouse is located in the heart of the Bois Noirs range, 5 minutes from the village of St Just en Chevalet. Starting point for many hikes, mountain biking or cycling, you will enjoy the calm and soothing atmosphere, with its wooded and forest environment. In the village are all the necessary shops as well as 2 restaurants and a heated pool. Ideally located 10 minutes from Highway 89, you will be less than 1 hour from Lyon and Clermont Ferrand.

Independent and not adjoining house of 40m2 in our large enclosed and wooded garden, in a quiet area . On one level, it consists of a bedroom with double bed and baby bed if necessary, a living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, dining area and open kitchen equipped. In summer, during the day, access to the swimming pool of the owners house next door. ( swimming pool not private for tenants to share but it is large, 6m X12m) 30% discount for curists

A 1H 30 des Portes de Lyon, à 1H 30 de Clermont Ferrand, à 1H 15 de St Etienne. Sur la Via Santa Martini. -Je ne fourni pas les draps, sauf pour les pèlerins Santa Martini. 6 couchages + 1 bébé, Cuisine équipée , Wifi Terrain clos 1400m2 Chiens admis sauf dans les chambres. De 01/10 à 01/05 +13€/nuit en raison du chauffage : 2 pompes à chaleur+radiateurs+cheminée bois. Pendant les fêtes et les vacances, je ne loue pas pour une seule nuit .
