Francesco was an amazing host. He did everything to ensure a peaceful trip for me and my wife. There was nothing missing. The building was perfect, especially the pool and the terrace. I can't wait to get back to his place soon.

Great place with beautiful view. Host’s were really responsive as I asked so many questions and also the brand new iron was dropped on request. Just a little what i did not expect was it’s an old building and renovated apartment, from the pictures I expected different. That’s not host’s fault it’s just the building(as there are newer buildings in the area comparable prices). The unit does not have centralized AC as its was a separate AC to the wall and it does make weird sounds so I end up turning it off as it was very loud. The unit was clean few here and there places. Bedding was old and did not feel that clean, Also its not a proper bed its mattress sitting on the metal frame. There is no closet in the room, the little closet space in room was covered with curtain and it was full of other stuff(not properly organized and cluttered). The balcony was great to relaxed as it was on too floor and balcony felt so open and nice as there is no other balcony on top. Overall it’s a good place

I had a great stay! The unit was very clean with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Check-in was super easy, and communication with the host HG was excellent quick, clear, and helpful throughout.

Everything was exactly as described. Because this is a busy neighborhood, I was worried about noise. However, the apartment is on a fairly high floor in a deluxe building with soundproof windows—so it was extremely quiet, despite nearby construction.

Beautiful and cozy apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. Neighborhood was peaceful and parking is available on the street. Luis was so kind and really responsive to all our messages, we’ll definitely be staying here again if we are back in Montreal.

We absolutely loved our stay here, and it is on par with staying in a high-end hotel only better, so here’s a few things that we really enjoyed: The photos don’t do it justice, it’s everything you see and then some! This property showcases one of the best floor to ceiling sweeping views of the city skyline we could possibly find, where you are baptised in lights at night, and receive a warm reflective glow in the morning and evenings. It’s located in a corner unit, and the balcony wraps around the entirety of it. You are within two blocks from numerous shops and restaurants in the heart of Griffintown, and where a drive into the heart of downtown is maybe 10 minutes with traffic. The host is extremely attentive and very responsive to any questions or concerns and will ensure that you are taken care of. One thing we recommend: Find a place to park in advance, the city is crowded and spaces were hard to come by, it was more or less our fault for not planning ahead in that regard.

Peter’s place was new and very clean. It is a cozy, boutique apartment so more than two guest might find the space to be too tight. The apartment is conveniently located in downtown. Like most downtowns in major cities, we did see a handful of unhoused people around the area. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store right across the street and in-unit laundry. The building is super quiet. I would stay again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back, this place is well worth the price we paid. The apartment is new, nicely furnished, and very clean. We loved the balcony and all the windows. The Kitchen is well equipped with nice countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and a Metro stop (orange line) a short walk from the apartment. There is one feature of the apartment I should explain. The balcony runs the entire width of the apartment with glass sliders and large glass windows letting in lots of light. The second bedroom, which is off the living room, has a glass door and a large glass window to take advantage of all the natural light coming into the living room and to make a small room feel light and airy. However, the blinds inside the bedroom which are used for privacy are not a perfect solution. This was not a problem for us and we loved the light and the layout, it's just something to be aware of.

We visited during the Canadian Grand Prix. The apartment was in the perfect location for a quick bus trip to the circuit. The place was very clean & the owners were very responsive to any questions or needs. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Yelena’s place! From the start, communication was seamless, she responded incredibly quickly and was always so kind and polite. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Ellen and Mike’s beautiful apartment. The place was spotless, exactly as pictured, and located in a quiet, private street – perfect for a peaceful stay in the city. All amenities were just as described, and check-in/check-out was super easy and smooth. The best part was the location – just a 10-minute walk to Gare Centrale and 5 minutes to Old Montreal and St. Paul Street, which is lined with charming cafes, restaurants, and bars. The apartment had everything we needed, though a few more lights or lamps in the bedroom and living room would make the space even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay in a fantastic spot – would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love Francois’ place. Spacious and lovely, sitting atop Blvd St-Laurent. Great amenities, awesome deck with a wall “painting” you have to see to believe. And so convenient to McGill and all the shopping and eating in the Plateau and Mile End. Darling, right at the corner, is awesome. And just a bit farther are two favourites: Bar Suzanne and Else’s. Also highly recommend the Korean restaurant Luna, the Old Port Italian restaurant Marcella and the simple but delicious Portuguese restaurant Chez Doval, just a couple of blocks from the apartment. Best way to see Montreal is on foot … or, even better, get a Bixi bike account, you can go anywhere quickly. Thanks Francois, what a wonderful few days and we hope to be back!

Lovely, modern apartment. Super easy to get to from the airport and close to the metro. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

Enjoyed staying at Arthur’s place! Arthur is a responsive host and very kind. The Airbnb is located in a beautiful area of Montreal. We walked every where with most restaurants and attractions being near by. Would stay again at Arthur’s place in the future.

We were so happy to have Maxime and Leah’s place for our special event weekend in Montreal. The location was perfect for us and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores including Costco. The bedrooms were great for our teenagers and lots of space for everyone. The rainfall shower and the essentials oil diffuser along with a variety of oils were small details that really added to our stay. The building was quiet and the neighbourhood was nice to walk around in. Definitely recommend booking this place for your next Montreal getaway.

Very cool, quirky place with lots of room. Great location close to St. Catherine St. and lots of restaurants and shopping. The free parking spot was a nice bonus! Jupiter and team responded very quickly to questions and gave lots of good suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Be aware that there is a steep flight of stairs inside to get up to the apartment, and some steps up and down into various rooms inside. The third bedroom and bathroom are accessed through the main bedroom, and that bathroom does not have a sink. Also, if you are a light sleeper, the busy street outside the front bedroom has some traffic noise, but was comfortable and spacious and has a nice en suite bathroom. We were very happy with our stay and the hosts and would recommend this listing!
