Water softener system, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer. the ceiling is 9 feet high, which makes this space very spacious. the loft is a fully private accommodation. (not shared) we are on site 24 hours a day in a private apartment. a very safe place. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and close to all services. the loft is a 10-minute walk from the metro, there is a bus stop on the corner that goes directly to the metro.

It is equipped with a wall-mounted heat pump, induction cooktop, small oven, microwave, refrigerator, underfloor heating, humidity detector, oil heater, Smart TV (Bell TV). The bed is not double, it is queen. Washer and dryer are shared. Several shops within walking distance.

If we monitor any extra guest or visitor, you will be charge 50$ per person for the length of your stay.

The studio is located 20 minutes from Montreal. It's located in a new peaceful neighborhood near the Route Verte, a bike path through Canada. You'll love the studio because of its great comfort, its modern look and the outdoor sunken pool available to you (not exclusive since shared with us, the owners). My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Not suitable for parties or meet-ups for friends.

Small cozy apartment in the heart of mile end, Montreal's best neighbourhood. The apartment is steps away from the famous Fairmount Bagels as well as Wilensky's and endless coffee shops and restaurants.
