Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor of a 2 story, 5 unit apartment building sitting on a corner lot. Guests get 1 off street parking spot and access to the shared side yard. Welcome to our charming Artisan Retreat right in the lovely Village of Orchard Park. Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces with a kitchen that has all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a queen bed, with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The house is on a private, wooded lot but is a short 1/3 mile walk to all the Village shops and restaurants. 2 parking spaces, wifi, AC and laundry.
