Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lackawaxen Township

We had a wonderful time at Alicia and Jamie’s home in Livingston Manor. The home itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. And the property was fantastic- beautiful and very private yet close to town. Speaking of the town, Livingston Manor is charming and definitely worth exploring, as is nearby Roscoe. Overall a great time. We look forward to returning.

We had a lovely time, and enjoyed our stay very much! The beds and pillows were very comfy. The backyard was lovely with a firepit and seating area, and the game room was great as well.

Lauren and Ryan's House was great! A perfect home for our family of four. The train themed bunk beds, darts and shuffleboard, fireplaces, and record player, were all hits. Lauren quickly responded to a few of our questions and made it clear that our comfort was her top priority. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, cozy and safe place by a lake, I highly recommend the Green Light Lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

The home was absolutely beautiful and super relaxing. It was in every way it was described and did not disappoint. The community was beautiful and makes you feel safe. My sister and I had an amazing time. We had so many plans to do outdoor activities and it rained all weekend but this house was perfect for a much needed staying in weekend. Perfect home and perfect weekend!

I took a few of my employees to Brad & Nadine's for a weekend getaway and it could not have been more perfect ! The place was spacious and clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking and all appliances were in working condition and well maintained. The hot tub was fabulous and clean as well and is located on top of the deck vs under which I really prefer so that the sky is visible while sitting in it. The fireplace and large windows are a big plus too. ! All instructions were clear and the hosts communicated promptly. It was the perfect weekend getaway and a great alternative for a larger group to stay at after a day at beautiful Lodge at Woodloch spa which was only a few miles away. I highly recommend Brad & Nadine's place. We'll be back for sure!

Steven was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was well maintained. The kayaks were fun. The outdoor area was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for regarding privacy. All amenities were as described.

Perfect place for a long weekend with our family. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and an absolutely beautiful location. Right on the water with access to multiple kayaks. Very peaceful setting with easy access to nearby towns like Monticello and White Lake.

Great time with family- rained the entire time- best rainy vacation ever! We enjoyed fishing on the lake, hot tub was great, playing pool, family game nights and nearby hiking to waterfalls. Great family spot to bring dogs…Scottish terrier could do the spiral stairs immediately, big wirehaired pointer took a couple of days to conquer the stairs but he Did It! I would highly recommend if you want to spend time with family in a relaxing atmosphere!

Allison’s place is perfect if you’re looking for a cute cozy space to unwind and relax. Her place was so clean and looked exactly like the photos. She’s more than willing to help with anything you need while you’re there too! Overall great place to stay!

From booking to check-out, Karan made this entire process so smooth. The cottage was lovely, exactly as described, and properly cleaned!! We had everything we needed, and the cozy welcoming space felt just like home. We had a wonderful stay!

My husband and I were lucky to book the cottage last minute for a quick 2 day getaway. Philadelphia had extreme heat and we really wanted to find a place on the water, with air conditioner and pet friendly. Michael's place was perfect for us. The part we loved best was the outside area, starting with a wonderful large covered balcony/patio overlooking the lake, the fire pit area and the dock. We did a lot of swimming, enjoyed an evening fire and did some grilling. Took out the kayaks one of the mornings and went around the pond. Inside, the cottage is small but has everything you need, we enjoyed the kitchen/living room area, kitchen is clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. The host provide all necessary cleaning supplies, paper towels and kitchen towels. A/C is no doubt a luxury. The bedrooms are small, but they serve the purpose:) Michael and Daniel live next door and are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to go back!

Debra and Mike were great hosts and have created a very warm, inviting and comfortable place for those seeking to explore the Catskills. It's a home away from home! There's a grill available which we made great use of, a fire pit to enjoy nature and star gazing, and their two dogs Luna and Roxy are extremely friendly. Highly recommend their place!

Great place. Fun water activities for the kids. Our dogs allowed to come was excellent. A little light on cutlery in the kitchen, but we made it work. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Bianks place was cute and exactly as pictures. The beds were quite comfortable. The house was right across the lake for fishing! Kitchen was stocked well with spices, grill had propane, and toiletries were left for us. The jacuzzi came in Handy especially since MDW ended up being quite cool. Overall our stay was good!

Priscilla was a great host and was very flexible with some unforeseen last minute scheduling conflictions on our end. The cabin was very nice and clean and the dogs had a ton of fun in the pond. it was a nice, secluded location for a getaway and only 5 minutes from town.

Place was amazing! Views from the place were fantastic and the drive to Elk mountain was just short of 20 minutes.

Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. Christine’s place was amazing. We stood at the “Fika” cabin and it was great. It was super cozy and a well thought out space. It had plenty of room for me and my family. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials needed to a great time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a nice getaway with the family without sacrificing any amenities. We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect place to do our 'digital detox' in a lovely cabin with plenty to do (ping pong, fire pit, hot tub and canoeing), and it was well situated to do short drives to hikes, the organic market, horseback riding and more. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable reading, playing board games, cooking and relaxing there. (The bedding was comfortable, too!) The hosts were friendly and gave great recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

had an amazing stay that was 10 stars at the minimum if I could give that. Really fantastic jobs done on the hosts’ part, they went above and beyond in making my stay not just comfortable but enjoyable, and of course the property was beautiful and exactly as listed.

So many wonderful things to say! This house is amazing. Can’t remember the last time I slept in so late. The beds were comfy and the living room cozy. We utilized the hot tub daily ( big bonus). Property was full of wildlife and plenty of privacy. 5 stars isn’t enough. We loved our stay. Thank you for being amazing hosts!
