Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lacona

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The accommodation has everything you need and we felt very comfortable. The host informed us well and was easily accessible. Distance to the center of Piombino on foot about 10 minutes.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location, as well as the view, are unbeatable. The communication was very straightforward and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and harmoniously furnished. We slept well (even if the road could be heard very well because of the traffic in the center, no problem with Oropax). Kitchen is super equipped. The bathroom is also very modern and practical. We enjoyed our stay — happy to come back. (PS: The pizzeria vis à vis "Mister Torta" is highly recommended, we had the best pizzas several times. The new restaurant "Ferrigna", which is only a 3‘ walk away, is also highly recommended for the classic but modern cuisine of Elba!)

Brand new apartment, quiet even if in the heart of the village, well maintained, very clean, with spacious and pleasantly livable rooms, furnished and equipped with all the comforts of a home in which to live and even more. Also equipped with all the essentials for the kitchen, for the bathroom, bed linens (which we found already made), new summer and winter quilts, mattress and very comfortable pillows, bathroom linens all of excellent quality. The hosts, very kind, also helped us with our luggage. We had a great time. Super super recommended!

Perfect location. Spacious and modern apartment. Washing machine & dryer available. Great parking option. Silvio was a great and welcoming host, easy to communicate with and quick to reply. A few things to note : we have 3-year old that likes to run around and that made a downstairs neighbor to come up and complain about the noise at almost 10am. That was not nice. There is no lift. And no toiletries.

Chiara is a very friendly and accommodating host. Although we didn't meet her in person, communicating with her was completely hassle-free and she quickly helped us out when we had an issue. It is 2 minutes to the beach and at the end of October it was warm enough for swimming but otherwise very quiet and relaxed on the island. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and comfortable for 4 people. Elba is definitely worth a trip.

Francesco was hospitable. He picked us up from the ferry station and dropped us off at the end of the visit. Marino di Campo has a lot of shops and restaurants. A lovely place to stay!

We had a really good time at the Sant'Anna residence. Ideal and quiet location, a little outside the center of Portoferraio, but still a few minutes away by car. Near the residence there is a convenience store, a beach with a discount on the loungers for those staying here, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We also tried the restaurant inside the residence and you can eat very well, medium-high price but good quality products. Booking with Belvilla you have access to the pool included, we only left once but we liked it, large and comfortable, equipped with outdoor loungers and shower (serve the headset). For those who want there is also a bar near the restaurant. Also great covered and free parking on the premises. The room was not very large but equipped with everything you need, as well as the clothesline. The bathtub with the curtain was a little uncomfortable because there was always the risk of getting wet on the floor, nice the outdoor patio to eat out. Staying here was a great choice, I recommend it!

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

The apartment is delicious and equipped with everything. Manuele took care of us and it was always easy to communicate with him. Very nice area but,only mole,literally infested by very noisy seagulls that did not give us peace on the first night.

very good accommodation on Piombino. On the other hand, be careful no on site parking. It takes a bit of luck to find or park.

Everything as described, the restaurant inside the residence is also great, congratulations to the cook! Friendly and helpful staff.

Maria's apartment is simply wonderful! We had a great time, it is cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need, the two bathrooms are spacious and really very nice, as well as the very functional kitchen, impeccable! The living room is also nice and bright, overlooking the large terrace that has an outdoor hot shower, fantastic!! The rooms are large, the beds are really comfortable, in every room and in the living room there is a smart TV, the WiFi network is great, the air conditioner works perfectly, the house is quiet, peace reigns reign... what more, we could never have asked for better! We were also pleasantly impressed by the beauty of the area, we were never in Bagnaia and it is a real gem of Elba, you can quickly reach all the most beautiful beaches on the island and there are many amenities nearby. It was a memorable vacation, also thanks to Maria's kindness and availability, who was always very ready for our every need. Thank you very much, we can't wait to come back !! Francesca and Daniele

We were a family with 5 children. Apartment was great for us, as described and well equipped, for the price it was great. Host was very nice. Thank you. House was very quiet. Piombino is a beautiful city, very good pizza and really delicious ice cream.

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
