Studio for rent in a self-catering chalet with terrace. One bathroom with shower and one kitchen completes this accommodation of 19m2. Parking is free and a restaurant is nearby. Private Jacuzzi outside the accommodation for an additional fee and upon reservation 48 hours in advance. Linens, sheets and heating are included. Lots of charm in this old 1820 terraced house, located in the old hamlet of Arare, in the municipality of Plan les Ouates. It overlooks a quiet alley, offering a quiet and intimate atmosphere. The accommodation has retained its original elements, with terracotta tiling on the ground floor and a period wooden staircase that squeaks slightly and contributes to the authentic character of the house. Recently renovated, the house is bright and pleasant to stay in.
