The grounds include a stocked fishing pond and dock (bring your poles) and plenty of space to wander. Excellent location! Walking distance to square! Only 1/2 mile!! Three bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. Older home in established neighborhood. Large, fenced backyard to relax. The Chandler is within walking distance to Avent Park, Midtown Shopping Center, the grave of William Faulkner, and the historic Oxford Square. Award winning restaurants such as Snackbar, Volta, Big Bad Breakfast, and Jensai are right up the street. Please enjoy this wonderful location in an incredible college town.
