This is definitely a great Airbnb. The host is very communicative, quick responses and the place is super clean, you will not go wrong.

We had the best time experiencing the natural and urban cultures in the bayou! Henry’s place is amazing, clean, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated and fun! Crabbing, fishing, hot tubbing, cooking and relaxing in…and venturing into NOLA was so easy with so much to explore …and a day beach trip to Bay St. Louis was a nice surprise with gorgeous and clean white sandy beaches for miles and a cute seaside town. What a gem of a spot! A perfect blend of relaxation and exploration! The perfect family adventure!

This place was one of the greatest I've experienced! wonderfully peaceful and not too far from NOLA with all the amenities plus extras! I plan to take up fishing specifically to use this place to it's full potential!

We had the best experience at this home! It’s a stunning location. Every window looks out at something beautiful since the house is overlooking water on both the front and back of the house. The host provides everything needed for fishing and a crab cage. We caught 3 crabs and 5 fish and spent very little time or effort trying. Plus there’s a bate shop very close by. The home is a pretty quick drive to the city of New Orleans and a couple other really nice towns. We would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful, beautiful place to stay while visiting the area.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect for us being in between the busy city of New Orleans for fun stuff to do and the less busy city of Slidell for going to get groceries and etc. great place for fishing of the pier we caught several fish. The house accommodated our group of 7 very comfortable and everything was very nice and comfortable!

Our stay at The Gator Den was perfect! The Airbnb was exactly as described. It was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of air conditioning with the hot weather. We had a wonderful time and it was a spot we would book again.

First I’d like to mention that the pictures listed didn’t do any justice, Green Pasteur was absolutely gorgeous! Home was very clean and welcoming. My guest and I enjoyed our stay with a short distance from all of the activities and restaurants we wanted to go to. As far as the host?? Absolutely phenomenal. Responded quick to any questions we may have had. Not to mention, one of our guest left her keys and we live 10 hours away and the host made sure to get them back to us via mail. I already know where I am staying when I visit Nola again!!!

I absolutely love this place. the host was amazing and he made sure that we felt welcome. he check on us to make sure we was okay and suggested a lot of nice places for us to go around the area. I will definitely book with him again. he made my first time going to New Orleans an amazing experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic — there’s so much to do within just a 10-minute walk. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time there!

I spent a week with my kids, and family, a total of 5 people and we felt comfortable. the host was very nice and gave us the basics so we did not have to work about finding supplies when we arrived late at night. the area is not close to much but we loved it because it was a calm and quite area. I would definitely visit again.

The apartment was very easy to find. There was ample parking. The host is very responsive to any questions I had.

We had a blast this wknd. Beautiful area near Lake Ponchatrain. Wonderful restaurants. Place was very clean and in a nice area. Enjoyed the mall, zoo, aquarium and all the food we ate. Host allowed us a bit of an earlier check in and communicated well and timely. We didnt have any issues with our stay and would book with them again.
