Holiday rentals with a patio in Lages

Lola was very flexible and understandable to me that I had an unforeseen one-way trip, and I ended up arriving very late in the city and she was waiting for me. Thank you so much for your kindness Lola! In all the unforeseen or needs related to the stay, Lola proved very proactive, in fact I think that in life she is very proactive. City Council solving everything with a lot of practicality and speed. The atmosphere is very pleasant, I hardly found the other guests of the other apartments. It is an environment in which everyone is there for an important reason so everyone respects the privacy and silence of the other. I would stay again, but I came to take up residence and have already found a home to accommodate my family. 🥰

Simple apartment, but with everything you need for a good stay. We only stayed one day on a business trip and it was a great value for the money.

Sheyla always ready to fulfill our requests. Beautiful place, clean, quiet, according to the photos. Vicinity to the center helped us a lot in the commutes, close to supermarkets, shops, banks. In case there was no need, we would not need to use a car. Great location. For sure when we get back to Lages, we'll stay at this very location.

Well organized house, everything like the ad, except the issue of the garage for the car, we went with an oroch, and we had to leave it on the street, everything ok! Super recommended.

Who received us was Mrs. Nice, Alexandre's wife. About the place: quiet, well located, easy access to the center of Lages. About the house: there are three bedrooms, two double and one with two bunk beds. It has a living room, large bathroom, kitchen and various games to use. In the back there is another well-equipped kitchen (which was the one we used), plus a bathroom and a large space with a pool table that can also be from ping-pong or a dining table. It had two more tables and chairs. It has a hammock to be placed on the garage door. The pool was clean, and just by not having extreme heat, we were able to use it. It was a really nice stay. A Dona Nice is a sweetheart, made us feel at home. I recommend! 🥰🙏🏻✨

Our accommodation was wonderful, the property corresponds exactly with the listing, host Vanessa's wife of Osmar, advised us perfectly on the location and what the property served, impeccable cleaning, when arriving at the property I felt like I was at home, not to mention the super-smelling environment. For sure if we go back to Lages, it will be our first option.
