In 35 minuti con un autobus e una metropolitana siete al Colosseo. Appartamento a 3 minuti in macchina dall’IFO , perfettamente collegato con laghetto Eur e con le metropolitane. Con la linea del Lido dalla stazione Tor di Valle si può arrivare agli scavi di Ostia Antica, oppure proseguire per andare al mare ad Ostia che si trova a soli 17 km

An ideal apartment for one or two people (also with a small child) who want to spend a short stay in Rome. Just a few steps from the metro, in a quiet residential area, near the University of Rome3 between the EUR and San Paolo neighborhoods, it is suitable for any type of guest: tourists, workers or students. In the immediate vicinity there is a tobacconist/coffee bar and two convenience stores, as well as a fully-stocked supermarket located 600 meters away, which is open 24 HOURS a day.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Fast WIFI, Netflix. Important: Tourist Tax (6 euro per person/day) already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Simone is a great host. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and well maintained. By public transport you can reach all the great sights within a few minutes. The bus stop is 100 meters from the property. There are many parking spaces available in front of the property and so you can leave the car and explore the city on foot. Simone was very helpful and adapted to our wishes. Definitely a successful stay. Thank you. We will be happy to come back!

Liliana's apartment is extremely comfortable, well furnished and complete with everything you need: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets... really incredible, nothing was missing! The Eur area is very beautiful, full of shops and very convenient both for reaching the La Nuvola congress center and for visiting the center of Rome thanks to the nearby metro. One last special note to the owner: Liliana was very kind, helpful and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and a quiet, chill neighborhood. A park near for walks or jogging, very good pizza place close by and the public transport almost next door. Having the chance to have a car in the safety of the inner ward was also a big plus. The owners would answer questions really fast. I would absolutely recommend this place if you want to explore Rome or even other areas and you are travelling with a car.

This place turned out to be absolutely perfect for a stay. The interiors are modern, tastefully decorated and, above all, immaculately clean – you can see that the owner takes care of every detail. The location also deserves praise – the area is calm and quiet, especially at night, when you can't hear any traffic, which guarantees a comfortable and undisturbed rest. An additional advantage is the proximity of the bus stop, which makes it much easier to get around the area. The hostess is an extremely polite, cordial and helpful person – always available when needed. Staying in this place was a pure pleasure and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and peaceful accommodation.
