Beautiful house in the heart of Villa Santa María! Maria always responded very quickly and attentively! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to spend a few days in a natural environment and disconnected from the chaos. The only thing I would have liked to know is that there are several stairs to get to the property, since it is not only in the historic center but also the house is on a high floor, so I recommend moving with a light bag. (The ad says there are stairs, but I didn't think there were so many. It was also my responsibility to ask.) I would definitely come back if I'm in Chietti!

Lovely stay! House with attention to detail with love. Andrea and Serafina are simply exquisite. Impeccable availability from the host who causes bad weather has also made us anticipate entering the house compared to the agreed time. Everything spectacular: great location to visit the villages and natural sites of the area, fantastic views of the mountains, quiet from other times, a wonderful garden with barbecue for summer evenings. Delightful welcome also for our dog with a bowl at the entrance and fully fenced garden. We'll be back soon. We left our hearts. We recommend it to anyone who wants to rediscover the connection with nature and themselves by walking through the enchanted villages and sleeping with the chirping of the night sleepers that makes the lullaby.

We received a warm welcome upon arrival at the beautiful Casa Giulietta. Jeroen and Els introduced us to their lovely rescue dogs and gave a full tour of the property. Included on arrival, as well as tea, coffee etc. was a hamper full of pasta, sauce and fresh bread. The fridge also stocked with various drinks, wine, fresh salami, jam and butter etc, very generous and plenty to get you started! There were toys for our child to play with and a trampoline in the enclosed garden. The mountain views are incredible and so is the peace and quiet! Amenities and some lovely towns within a 10/15 minute drive. Jeroen and Els are so accommodating and we would stay again for future visits. Thank you!

Marta & Rafal's farmhouse is a peaceful spot set in the mountains of Abruzzo and we enjoyed it very much! Marta went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to tell us about local hikes, fresh water pools, and favorite beach spots. Marta also took us on a foraging hike and I'm so glad we did it! She is so knowledgeable about the area and all that is has to offer - she packed us a homemade (and delicious!) lunch to have on a hill top looking out to the mountains and the Adriatic Sea. We thank you both so much for your generosity and hospitality! ❤️

The house is quite lonely in the mountains and is an absolute dream. The view after getting up to the mountains and in the evening to an overwhelming starry sky are fantastic. The house has everything you need to spend relaxing days for two or four. A beautiful terrace area with small and large table, cozy chairs, parasol and barbecue, including additional toilet, in the house in the lower area a kitchen-living room with gas stove and pellet stove. Upstairs two bedrooms and the living area incl. Bathroom, with good wifi and large TV. The entire house is new, very well maintained and tastefully restored. Jonas responds extremely quickly, super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would certainly have stayed longer if our travel plans had allowed it. You can be on the coast in about 40 minutes with the Trabocchi, which are worth a trip/food. There are numerous great hiking opportunities in the area (mountainous!). Full recommendation!!

The stay in Sabrina and Giuliano's house was simply perfect, we immediately felt at home! The spaces, recently renovated with impeccable taste, are cared for in every detail and allowed us to fully enjoy every comfort, including the outdoor space. The location is ideal for reaching different places, and is only 10 minutes from the sea. The accommodation area is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Absolutely recommended for enjoying a relaxing holiday.

Excellent experience, the hosts were very helpful and responsive despite the booking made a few hours before and despite the arrival in the late evening they waited for us with patience and kindness and were available for anything. The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful complex 10 minutes by car from everything that distinguishes the city, an excellent choice for those who want to go there on vacation but avoid the chaos of the city center. Thanks again for the hospitality and care you put into the details of the house, starting with the meticulous cleaning and the presence of everything you need!

The house is wonderful, more beautiful than the photos. As soon as you enter there is the living room with stone ceilings and arches, the thick stone walls more than half a meter that divide the rooms. From the living room, everything is well furnished with a crystal table, a sofa, a television, etc., you pass with a step to the kitchen that is equipped with everything. The rooms are upstairs, the one with 3 beds is huge. Convenient to have a bathroom below and one above. From the kitchen with some steps you can access a nice terrace where we could have nice dinners with friends. The owners contacted me several times to make sure everything went well. It is very close to the center of the village reachable with a few meters on foot, the only negative aspect is the access road not practicable by car, although some do the slope of the road is dangerous for a car that is not 4x4, the car must be left at a parking lot above, reachable by taking a 3 km drive and then going down a few steps or below.
