Suitable for Housing Tourism, Casa Búzios has comfortable accommodations for a (URL HIDDEN) well-kept garden, a quiet place and a trail that goes straight to the Mozambique beach, passing through the Rio Vermelho Forest Park Reserve and the river source. The beach can be visited by trail or by car and is situated in a location that allows easy access to the bustle of summer shows, the beaches of the North and South of the Island and to Lagoa da Conceição. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, inhabited annually by island residents. It has good restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, fuel stations, fruit plants, and all kinds of basic establishments. In the middle of the forest reserve is the lake terminal with boats that lead to Costa da Lagoa, a fishing community of Azorean origin, with numerous typical restaurants. The city of quality public transport with conventional, executive and interpraias bus line, these being those that connect the beaches of the North and South of the Island, with the Lagoa, Universities and the Centro de Florianópolis. Privacy, comfort and practicality: 240MB Wifi, TV, split air-conditioning, box bed, minibar, hairdryer, iron, electric kettle, microwave. The suite is located on the ground floor and because it is all made of wood, the noise of footsteps from the upstairs suite can be heard. It does not have a garage.
