Lovely little place near the beach, located on the third floor. Clean and has all the essentials for a short stay. We enjoyed our time there, thank you.

The apartment was beyond our expectations! We loved everything: large balcony with view and location close to everything (a few minutes from the beach!). If you want to visit Nazaré, this is the apartment for you. Only downside: Bed a little hard, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Everything at apartment was as advertised. Hugo provided us with great information about area and seemed to show genuine interest in make our trip enjoyable.

Super comfy and welcoming apartment! We absolutely loved our stay here. Right be the beach and near many local bars and restaurants. Everyone comes to Peniche to do one thing: Surfing. The whole place is themed like a surf camp which is exactly the look we were looking for. Picture perfect balcony that allowed you to enjoy the sunrise in the mornings. Hélio and Sabine were super helpful throughout the booking process and arrival, as well as during our stay. If we’re ever coming to Peniche again, we‘ll definitely inquire there again.

We can’t say enough about this property. It just might be our favourite Airbnb ever and certainly was the best we stayed in through our month in Portugal. The apartment is super clean, bright, spacious, well appointed and the views are amazing. The linens were very clean and there was a second set of towels (a bonus!) for us to use, plus more than one kitchen towel (a first for our travels in Portugal). The kitchen is very well stocked (but not cluttered!) for preparing simple or more complicated meals. The location is AMAZING! Just a block from the beach and a wonderfully easy walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and activities. But, in the evening, we could sit on the balcony, watch the sun set and it was very peaceful and quiet. If we are back in the area again, which we hope to be, I’d be very disappointed not to stay in this unit.

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

The apartment has stunning views of Nazare, it’s ideally situated for the amazing views & a 10 minute walk to the beach where there are lots of great restaurants. Carlos communicated promptly and provided suggestions of restaurants in Nazare prior to our arrival. The apartment was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and we enjoyed our 5 day stay. It's so good I almost want to write a bad review to keep the place all to myself. The space is amazing in every sense, spacious, well-equipped, with breathtaking views and lots of options for both privacy and group activities. Claudia is an outstanding host, highly helpful and responsive. The views — don't get me started on the views, Peniche (and this particular spot) are forever in my heart and the hearts of my friends who joined me. I wish I could buy a place right next to this one. 100/10, see you guys next year!

This place was absolutely fantastic for our family holiday. The place was extremely well equipped, modern & clean. The house is beautiful. The host was very responsive in recommendations for places to eat and beaches etc.

Highly recommend! Comfortably furnished and excellently equipped accommodation – in a great, very quiet location with beautiful excursion possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Communication with David and Stijn was smooth and very friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Great quit place. Close to a supermarket and to the centre of peniche. The apppartment has all you need for your stay and the surrounding is worth a visit.

We were very happy with the place. Great was the direct beach access and the view into the waves. The house is very spacious, well equipped and very clean. Luciana was very helpful and super accessible. We would book it again. Only the lock on the large outside gate didn't work properly, but you still got in and out.

Great and comfortable place near nice ocean and surfing spots

This was our best experience renting for our honeymoon. We will definitely be back because of the interactions had with Rickard and Lana. From the beginning they called and talked to us about best places to surf, resturants, etc. They let us know exactly what to expect. We had to reschedule due to a family emergency and they accommodated us no question and helped make it an easy process. Once we got to the airport they helped instruct us how to get to the place. Upon arrival the place was exactly what was pictured and pristine. It was perfect for us with the best view in Baleal. We got to watch the sunset over the ocean from our balcony! Rickard and Lana were available to answer any questions promptly! They are considered super DUPER hosts in my eyes. 100 out of 10! We will be back!
