Holiday rentals with lake access in Lagoa do Peri

The house was impeccable in cleanliness and organization. Gabriela sent me a memo before my check-in describing the places where I would find a market, restaurants and the like with distances, check-in and check-out times ... really impeccable organization. I had the opportunity to meet the mother and father, very kind people who contributed a lot to our well-being since I was only with my daughter and without a car. I'll definitely be back other times. The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It is close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The period we stayed there was great.

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. We definitely recommend and would come back at a next opportunity!

Staying at Zenaide’s place was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at peace. Her property is a hidden paradise near the beach—surrounded by nature, filled with tranquility, and beautifully designed to offer everything you need for the perfect getaway. Zenaide is an exceptional host—always responsive, kind, and genuinely caring. She stayed connected with us throughout our stay, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and offering support whenever necessary. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly at home. The house is stunning and fully equipped for a comfortable stay, but the real highlights are the amazing amenities. The pool is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the glass cube sauna is absolutely incredible—such a unique and luxurious touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where you can disconnect, recharge, and feel completely taken care of, this is the place.

The accommodation is clean, beautiful and very well organized, providing a cozy and pleasant environment from the moment you arrive. Every detail reveals care and attention. A charming differential are the ducks that freely circulate through the pond space and bring a feeling of peace and contact with nature that make the experience even more special.

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Great location with safe parking, short walk to an awesome trail that takes you into the beach. Kind and accommodating host.

It was one of the best stays we've ever had, the accommodation is basic, but the neighbors, the hosts and the view of the lake are worth a lot. We were lucky to participate in Gilberto's birthday party, a lot of pagode, a lot of joy. Seeing the sunrise from the balcony every day is a divine thing. We love the coziness of the chalet and everything around it. It makes you want to live in the place

The perfect apartment, great location, to access the beach was just across the street, balcony with spacious barbecue, excellent cleaning, td according to the description and photos. I recommend

Ishbel's place is a wonderful natural sanctuary in Floripa. The gardens, pool, and amazing views all made our stay memorable. Ishbel was a great host who communicated everything well, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The service is fast and they are super flexible with the check-in, the location is great, there are several restaurants and bakeries nearby and you can also walk to the beach, with a 5 min walk!! Great place, everything was clean and fragrant when I arrived, I recommend it!

Oi Soraia. Great stay. We spent a very good holiday at this location. The apartment has an ideal size for a couple and a child. But the strong point is the external space of the condominium with a very large green area and a very good infra. Deixo only a suggestion regarding the check-out time because at 10 am it is too early for those who are enjoying a rest. It could be extended to 12 hours at least, or else there is a flexibility, even because, I think that hardly another guest would occupy the property soon after the holiday ends. This is as a suggestion. In addition, everything perfect.

Perfect location and close to beach, trails, town, nightlife, and one of the most places in Florianopolis! I highly recommended it. Chris gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

We found a lot of peace and comfort in María Emilia's house. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. The house is super equipped - it has everything we need.. and more! Sensational space. Great for those who want to disconnect from the city, from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and connect more with themselves, with the present moment. An immersion in nature, it is worth taking a few days to rest in this place. Quiet environment, very good breakfast, very complete shared kitchen and very comfortable cabin space. And the road there is also very beautiful. Thanks a lot, we'll be back!!

Our stay was great. It complied with our need and expectation. Location, cleanliness and communication with Mahana were great. Facilimo access to the lagoon. Many restaurants nearby. Supermarkets too. The super equipped kitchen. Cleaning supplies and basic necessities at your disposal. Very cozy room and great TV. Cadeirinhas de Praia and Guarda sun available. Bastante nets, tables and chairs. We just miss more structure to accommodate clothes. I recommend it.

You know that feeling of entering a place and feeling already at home? It was like this with us, the house has a whole cosy air and whoever received us, his Márcio and Tânia were extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips, they are beings with such a beautiful energy, you want to keep chatting with them. The house is beautiful inside and out, the leisure area is a great plus, we made a delicious barbecue and I am a great lover of the network, there is. The path to the beach is easy and the beach is beautiful, a great place to make beautiful trails as well. In short : super recommend and next I would stay there again ;)

Beautiful place, the sound of the creek is amazing. We very much like the contact with nature. very complete house with utensils. In general everything is great. A negative point... Every kitchen item to be used we needed to wash, sinned in the hygiene of the house in general, in the most the place is wonderful.
