With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.

A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
