A modern furnished apartment on the 10th floor of a high-rise, with an impressive view of the harbor and the sea. The parking in front of the house is very commendable, as the parking situation in La Rochelle is catastrophic, especially on weekends. Instead of spending half an hour looking for a parking space, it's better to walk along the water into the city in a quarter of an hour. A good supermarket and a great bakery are 3 minutes away by car. Check-in worked without any problems, even without Pascal's presence.

We had a great time at Patricia's place. The apartment is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and ideally located, with a magnificent sea view. Direct access to the beach is a real plus. Patricia is a very attentive, responsive host and gives good advice for visits and activities in the area. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy good places and organize our outings easily. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Apartment as in the photos. Happy with our stay. Just a small point to review for parking which is a little more complicated, you always have to park further away from the accommodation to find a place. But otherwise everything was nonsense what I would recommend

Spacious and modern apartment, ideally located with a very nice large balcony. Everything can be done on foot, however, the square on which it is located is very "lively" so noise, music etc. quite late at night, fortunately the bay windows insulate well from noise. We intend to rent this property again.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent location, very close to a beautiful sandy beach. Great ice cream shop and fantastic bakery bus stop right outside which took you straight into LaRochelle old port in 20 minutes. Car parking within walking distance.

Well located apartment in the middle of the island. For my weekend with friends, it was great!

We had a great stay, with our 3-month-old son and our dog. The accommodation is really 2 steps from the ocean, and close to the beach shops (shops, bar, restaurant, etc...) which we really liked. Nathalie is very responsive: we thank her for the speed of these responses to the message. Small accommodation, but which has everything you need when you go away for a few days of change of scenery. Studio faithful to the photos, well furnished and has everything you need to spend a few days there. It is close to the center of La Flotte, which is a few minutes' walk away. Quiet and pleasant residence. David was very responsive and friendly. Perfect!

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Despite the coolness of the pool, we enjoyed it after our very long bike ride. we will come back with great pleasure! thank you Brigitte for the welcome and your trust.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The region is very beautiful and there are many places to discover.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

A gem of a place! Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful location but within walking distance from the port and local shops.

Clean and well-located studio, very good bed, nice small balcony for breakfasts, I used the pool, sauna and steam room with satisfaction. We are barely 10 minutes from the port of St Martin de Ré, we will be happy to come back, thank you Jacky for your welcome and Pascal for his accommodation
