A rustic stone and wood house, recently renovated. It dates from 1880. Its 240m2 are distributed on two floors. Downstairs is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, etc. One of the bathrooms, with a large bathtub. The living room is the house's focal point, as its fireplace makes this part of the house a peaceful and cozy place. An ideal txoko for meetings and celebrations etc., from which you can access a beautiful patio, also private parking of the house. The patio is ideal for relaxing and playing sports. Attached to the patio is a charming garden with the relevant furniture, green area, flowers and fruit trees. There is also a playground for the kids. On the 1st floor are the four bedrooms, three of them double and one double. They have a balcony with wonderful views. Also on this floor there is a spacious and perfectly equipped bathroom. If you come with pets, ask us first. Our guests will have Basketball, an area to prepare outdoor barbecues, a large Garden.
